A leg and foot rest device to alleviate leg and foot fatigue, which device is readily insertable between the mattress and its support of a bed, to project from lateral sides thereof and also acts not only as a leg and foot rest, but also to preclude both the bed covers and occupant from inadvertently inadvertently off the bed, as contrasted to means elevating bed covers at the lower end of the bed to preclude contact thereof with the occupants legs and feet.
An easily and quickly installable and easily and quickly removable auxiliary device for beds, which is easily and very conveniently installable by slipping a frictional support tongue thereof between the mattress and box springs of the bed, no screws or other fastening means being required. The invention provides a support for a cushion -- primarily an arm cushion -- on furniture. A frame with a curved ladder back form has a long straight part which fits under the cushions of a seat. The curved portion of the ladder back form extends from the long part outwardly and around the seat cushion. Thereafter, a short straight part of the ladder back form rises from the curved part to receive and support an arm cushion. A plurality of different cushions may be substituted for each other to change the overall appearance of the device including the seat cushion.
In a couch for supporting two persons engaging in sexual intercourse, an elongated support structure is provided having a first upper surface portion extending upwardly from a point intermediate the ends of the support structure at an angle to the horizontal for supporting the back of one of the persons. The support structure also defines a second upper surface portion connecting with the first upper surface portion with a recess being formed in the support structure and dividing the second upper surface portion into two spaced arms for supporting the legs of the above mentioned one person. The recess is located and dimensioned in a manner to accommodate the other person in a kneeling position between the spaced arms. In a second embodiment for use with a bed, the support structure comprises two arms divided by a recess. The height of the arms is selected to correspond to the height of a bed.
A device readily attaches to an elevatable legrest of a wheel chair for supporting and retaining the leg of an individual sitting in the wheel chair upon the legrest. The device is composed of a single sheet of resilient material configured at one end into a clamp for detachably clamping the device to the elevatable legrest and configured at the other end into a support for releasably supporting and retaining the leg upon the legrest when the legrest is at any desired elevation.
A bedclothes supporting device is mounted between the mattress and box spring or like and extends on each side of the bed and supports the bedclothes so that a person in the bed will be comfortable. The device is adjustable so that the maximum comfort can be achieved and the device can be collapsed for storage or for permitting the bedclothes to be easily changed. The device includes clamps so that the device will be secure and will securely hold the bedclothes in the desired position. Also the device may be moved to any location on the bed where it will provide the maximum comfort level, and will securely hold the bedclothes in the desired position.
