Abstract
Cosmetic compositions containing an amine, such as the di-aspartate of arginine para-aminobenzoyl-diethylaminoethanol, and a method for the substantial reduction of folds and wrinkles in the skin are disclosed. The cosmetic compositions are useful in that they have a hydrating effect on the human skin such that the complexion and brightness thereof can be substantially improved, whereas the folds and wrinkles of the skin can be substantially reduced. 13 Claims, No Drawings
