A candle having a plurality of wax segments disposed in spaced relation along a continuous wick with a candle holder having at least two vertically spaced support platforms for holding the upper segments of the candle in fixed relationship.
A plurality of incense beads including beads of different fragrances are threaded in a stack on a carrier rod and a bead at one end of the stack is ignited.
A candle including a shaped mass of suitable material, such as for example wax or other petroleum by-products solid at room temperature and the like, which provides a source of combustible fuel during burning thereof is disclosed. The shaped mass includes a central portion disposed at a lower part thereof, and a pair of divergent branch portions joined atop the central portion. In the preferred embodiment, upper portions of the branch portions as well as the central portion are preferably disposed substantially in the vertical direction to permit safe and even burning of the candle, and to enhance the aesthetic appeal.
A candle-related novelty item includes a candle support base which is generally upright and has a plurality of openings formed in a surface sculpture formed on the base. A channel provided with an inlet opening at the top of the base in fluid flow communication with each of the openings, the inlet opening being arranged proximate to a candle receiving cup for receiving a candle. The candle is so arranged and so constructed that the burning candle causes molten wax to flow into the inlet opening of the channel to flow through and harden about the openings by being guided to those openings by the channel formations within the base, resulting in the build up of wax within the channels.
A candle having an ignitor connected to the top end of the candle below, and aligned with, the bent wick of the candle. Ignition of the ignitor results in ignition of the wick. A plurality of candles, each having an ignitor are disposed in a predetermined pattern and the ignitors interconnected. Ignition of one of the ignitors results in a sequential combustion of the remaining ignitors and ignition of the candles. A method of preparing the candles is disclosed.
Candle holder for a plurality of candles arranged separately from each other. Each candle comprises a cup-shaped container with a wick and wax. The candles (10, 11, 12) are arranged substantially vertically one underneath the other at such a distance that the respectively lower candle thermally influences the candle arranged above it such that its wax is melted.
