An apparatus for producing precast concrete members which is efficient, mobile and cost saving, and comprises at least: a curing chamber having openings on opposite sides, each of which sides faces a respective concrete placing section; the curing chamber having a plurality of horizontal motion transferring means to support and transfer form members leaving predetermined distance apart, concrete placing sections in which necessary work for concrete placing is carried out, the placing sections are provided with horizontal motion transferring means, and a predetermined number of precast concrete form members which are disposed and separately move horizontally and between said curing chamber and said concrete placing sections.
The machine for prefabricating components comprises at least one fixed frame having an internal vertical wall and an intermediate movable frame having at least one vertical wall opposite and variably spaced apart from said vertical wall of the fixed panel. The space between the opposed panels may receive ready-mixed materials, for formation of the prefabricated components, from one or more mixing vessels mounted on the intermediate frame. The spaces are further delimited by panels which may support reinforcing meshes for incorporation into the prefabricated components or rods for producing perforated prefabricated components.
The invention relates to an installation for the manufacture of a large range of small and medium products of reinforced and unreinforced concrete. This installation comprises: a series of boards A, an installation B for distributing the concrete, smoothing, and discharging the hardened products from the installation and for cleaning and oiling the boards; a tilting frame C with one or two rows of molds; a device D, for introducing boards onto the frame; some molds or batteries of molds E, provided with concrete-deareating means; and a hardening system F, dismountable and usable either in an overhead installation or in a below-ground installation. This installation ensures, apart from diversification of production, a substantial improvement in the quality of the products and in their cost price.
A rotary molding apparatus is described, including a heating chamber, cooling chambers and supports for molds which melt and cast workpieces of plastic. The cooling chambers can be arranged circularly around the heating chamber which is disposed at the center, or the heating chamber can be movable such that an opening thereof can be selectively aligned to one of the cooling chambers. The molds can be moved via the supports from a cooling chamber to the heating chamber and back again. This apparatus optimizes component utilization and minimizes cycle times.
An apparatus for producing precast concrete members which is efficient, mobile and cost saving, and comprises at least: a curing chamber having an opening in the portion which faces substantially a concrete placing section and having a plurality of support members to support form members leaving predetermined distance apart, a high temperature curing apparatus which is installed to said curing chamber, a concrete placing section in which necessary work for concrete placing is carried out, and a predetermined number of precast concrete form members which are diposed and moved horizontally and separately between said support members in said curing chamber and said concrete placing section by horizontal transfer means which comprise a plurality of rollers attached to said support members.
