Abstract
An anchor comprises a frame, and two pointed flukes pivotable in relation to the frame to both sides between a storage position substantially in the plane of the frame and an anchoring position. The pivots extend at an angle in relation to each other and to a plane through the main part of the frame. A stop element comprising a cross-member which stiffens the frame and limits the pivoting of each of the flukes in relation to the frame.

The ground anchor comprises two substantially triangular shaped plate members mounted to an elongate, substantially cylindrical member. The plate members are pivotably mounted on the elongate member so as to be selectively and pivotably moveable relate to the elongate member between a first or storage position, wherein the plate members abut or overlie one another, or a second or in-use position wherein the plate members extend away from one another.

5975001 - Anchor

The present invention relates to an anchor for floating devices and includes a body provided with a shackle linked to an anchor chain, with one set member for engaging the bed of a body of water being jointedly mounted on said body. The body includes a first portion having two longitudinal ends and a second portion extending between the ends of the first portion and being spaced away so as to surround a void space therebetween. The shackle is slidingly mounted along the second portion and the set member is assembled on the first body portion in a jointed fashion to thereby be able to switch between set positions pointing oppositely from each other.

5683209 - Marine bi-plane anchor

An anchor comprising an exterior bale and having two fluke planes in a horizontal plane that lie vertically parallel and in a horizontal plane are separated by vertical ribs uniting the horizontal planes at an angle of 90.degree. and forming with them open spaces between the fluke planes that allow the passage of marine floor material through the entire length of the fluke planes area. Stops elements are to either side of the fluke plane and control the burial angle rotation of the fluke in relationship to the bale.
