A flexible arcuate rod is rotatably supported by a pair of elastic clips. Each clip slidably engages a crib wall or a crib headboard. One or more annular members are slidably mounted on the rod. Each annular member is provided with a tab from which a figure such as a paper or plastic cut-out or a painted decoration can depend. A pair of tubes is slidably mounted on the rod to prevent displacement of the annular members over predetermined portions of the rod.
A hanging rack for toys includes two rods, and two clipping members. The rods are pivoted to a middle element at inner ends, and connected to a respective one of the clipping members at outer ends. Toys are hung on the rods, and the clipping members detachably clip onto a frame of a baby stroller or game bed for babies in the stroller or game bed to play with the toys. Having the clipping members, the hanging rack can be detached from the frame for replacement of toys to become easy or when the hanging rack is not used. The hanging rack can be folded for storage due to the pivotal connection of the rods.

Several different holders may be utilized for engaging or supporting the feeding bottle, the toy, etc. Alternatively, the holder can be provided with means of engaging a bottle and a toy simultaneously.
A signage clamp for supporting a sign from a retail display rack having a rod has a rectangular expandable saddle-like jacket having a top wall and opposing side walls with lower edges. Each edge has at least one opposing catch with a tab extending outwardly therefrom. The jacket is guidable over the rod with the tabs forcing the catches outwardly and expanding the jacket as to capture the rod afterwhich the catches secure the jacket to the bar. The tabs may be moved apart to release the jacket from the rod. Support means are on the jacket for supporting the sign on one of the display racks at the point-of-purchase.
The invention is a physical therapeutical treatment device for children suffering from diseases, or afflictions such as cerebral palsy. The system is provided with attractive toy-like elements that are associated with various magnitudes of tension elastic to provide several degrees of exercise effort; the attractive toy-like elements inducing participation in the exercise activities. Provisions are included for varying the magnitude of the tension and also varying the height of reach in order to induce greater effort in the exercise, both in the work effort and in the stretching effort.
