Abstract
A pallet and more particularly a pallet formed of resinlike material having: a unitary working surface configuration to captively carry selected ones of a plurality of varying diameter annular members thereon; unitary peripheral vertical walls and intermediate vertical walls arranged to transfer load directly between the spaced working walls at areas of maximum load concentration; and unitary struts extending transversely between adjacent vertical walls to inhibit transverse deflection of the pallet.

4838419 - Keg board - Owned by Adolph Coors Company (Golden, CO)

A keg board for use in stacking beer kegs and the like in an upright orientation during storage and transporation of the kegs comprising: a generally planar surface for engaging and supporting a generally planar end surface of each keg; and pockets operatively associated with the planar surface for limiting relative lateral shifting movement of the kegs such as caused by shocks and vibration associated with transporting of the kegs.

4263855 - Pallet - Owned by PDQ Plastics, Inc. (Bayonne, NJ)

A molded, solid, high density, nesting pallet, for barrels or drums, having four-way entry, dimensioned to insure tine positioning of a fork-lift, vertically below the center of gravity of individual barrels or drums, or slightly outboard thereof, and providing a load-bearing surface for a symmetrical load of four barrels or drums on sites surrounded by a raised lip; and pallet legs having indentations positioned to register with flanged tops of barrels or drums upon which a loaded pallet may be stacked.

5144897 - Shipping package combination - Owned by Dow Corning Corporation (Midland, MI)

A shipping combination is disclosed wherein a conventional wooden pallet capable of supporting a plurality of barrels is removably affixed to a tray, having essentially the same shape and dimensions as said pallet, for receiving said barrels. The tray has a plurality of raised abutments projecting from its interior surface for engaging the vertical outside surfaces of the barrels, thereby maintaining said barrels in a substantially fixed relative position.

5974981 - Pallet for shipping and de-spooling electrical wire - Owned by Essex Group, Inc. (Fort Wayne, IN)

A pallet assembly for transporting and de-spooling electrical wire packaged in different forms (on reels or in boxes and pails) is disclosed. The pallet assembly comprises a base and a first layer cover. The base has a number of depressions formed in its top surface, each capable of receiving packages having different cross sectional profiles (circular, square, rectangular, etc.). The first layer cover has a number of locator bosses extending downward from its bottom surface. While being shipped, the packages are secured in the depressions on the top surface of the base, and the first layer cover is disposed above the packages so that the locator bosses engage the packages. In addition, the pallet assembly may contain tubular shrouds for de-spooling wire reels directly off the pallet. All components of the pallet assembly are made from a thermoplastic material and are reusable.

5960720 - Display Pallet

The present disclosure relates to a device for displaying product and particularly to a display device that has feet distending from a perforated platform and spaced such that the device is accessible from all four sides by the tines of a pallet truck, hand truck, fork lift or other such handler device. This permits a display of product to be built onto such display device and then moved into the desired location such as the end-cap position in a grocery store. The display device also has sidewalls extending up from the platform to accommodate signage thereon. The feet of the display device have an opening for receiving the upper edge of the sidewall of a lower display device when the display devices are stacked vertically. This arrangement permits visual identification of any given display device as the signage on the sidewalls is always visible, it prevents damage to the exterior side wall as there is no one-inside-the-other nesting, and it allows for easy retrieval of any given display device within a vertical stack.
