An acupressure treatment device including a custom made ear mold having precisely located acupuncture nodules fixed thereto for depressing points on the ear which control or act upon the known auricular acupuncture points.
A training wear usable for students in Oriental medicine school has a number of cure target points printed thereon which are distributed over the whole area of the wear at the position which is specifically determined in accordance with teachings of Oriental medicine. The name of each of the cure target points is placed at the position in the proximity of them. When the wear is put on a student, it is necessary that vertically extending center lines on both the fore and rear surfaces thereof are correctly aligned with a backbone. Each of the cure target points is identified by a target mark in the form of a small circle or a dot.
This invention relates to a finger acupuncture needle puncturing position indicating apparatus in which a code reference book of symptoms (103) describing in detail symptoms of affected regions of a human body is attached to a side of the interior surface of a cover (503) on which human body anatomical charts (101) showing proper code numbers for each region are also mounted; underneath the book is a needle box (403) with a door (402) capable of storing a number of needles (401); displayed on a lighted display panel (102) mounted on the body (502) of a case are the palm and back of a hand indicating needle-puncturing positions; and mounted on one side of the body (502) of the case are a keyboard (201) with a number of keys for inputting code numbers from the human body anatomical charts (101) and the code reference book of symptoms (103) as well as a display button (202) for outputting these codes.
Disclosed is a device for treating physiological disorders by the application of pressure and a method of using such a device. The device comprises a mounting having two clamping members which are movable with respect to one another for clamping a portion of the human body therebetween. At least one of these members terminates in a blunt surface which is adapted to apply pressure to a selected point on the surface of that portion of the body. A biasing mechanism such as a spring is provided for applying a clamping force to retain the clamping members biased toward one another. In one embodiment the blunt surface projects from a shoulder which prevents the surface from penetrating the skin on the application of pressure thereto. The blunt surface has a surface area large enough such that specific points of the body may be stimulated without penetrating the skin and yet small enough such that undesired points will not be stimulated. Additionally, a method is disclosed for using such a device for the treatment of disorders by the application of pressure to the external ear. The method includes the selecting of the desired point to which pressure is to be applied from an acupuncture/acupressure map of the ear. The blunt surface is then positioned adjacent the selected point and stimulation is effected by the application of pressure to the point through the blunt surface.

The present invention provides a process and device for the administration of a remedy of a disease by sound waves. The sound waves are of a frequency and amplitude which correspond to the frequency and the amplitude of electro-magnetic oscillations given off by the remedy for the disease.
