A telescopic pole having a clamp at its base end so that it may be attached to any supporting object and including a universal adjustable joint at the junction of the pole base and the clamp so that the pole may be inclined at any desired angle, and the upper end of the pole being fitted with a hollow plastic sphere perforated with a series of small diametrically arranged openings for various objects that may be inserted therethrough in order to be supported from the pole combination structure.
In a spring-loaded curtain mount, includes a pole interface at a proximal end, a compressive mechanism, and a head at a distal end. The pole interface is adapted to recieve the end of a standard length adjustable pole or a painter's pole. The compression mechanism is disposed between the proximal end of the mount and the head. The mount includes a clamp adapted to recieve a portion of a curtain. During installation, the curtain mount is coupled to the end of an extension pole and the length of the pole is adjusted such that the combined length of the pole and mount is slighty longer than the distance between the floor and ceiling. At ground level, a portion of the curtain is attached to the head of the curtain mount. the curtain and mount are raised to the ceiling and the mount and pole are compressed between the floor and the ceiling. This compressive force operates to urge the head toward the ceiling, securing the mount in place.
A pair of leg frame members are connected in side by side spaced relationship and are adapted to be inserted in the legs of a pair of trousers to display the trousers in a selected position. Each of the leg frame members includes inner and outer seam supports formed by a plurality of elongated elements that are positioned in end to end relationship. The adjacent ends of the elongated elements are pivotally connected so that the inner and outer seam supports are formed by a plurality of spaced parallel pairs of elongated elements. Thus the pairs of elongated elements for each pair of leg frame members are independently pivotal to a preselected angular position. The pair of leg frame members can then be pivoted at a plurality of pivot points along the length thereof so as to display the legs of the trousers in a plurality of imaginative arrangements. The leg frame members are self supporting or can be supported on a stand which permits a plurality of the display racks to simultaneously display a plurality of trousers and slacks in a variety of imaginative positions to enhance merchandising of the garments. To facilitate positioning of a garment on the display rack, the inner and outer seam supports are connected by adjustment devices for relative movement toward and away from each other to vary the width between the inner and outer seam supports.
A two-piece portable weapon stand having a first piece universal support, and a second piece weapon housing. The universal support is designed to accommodate a plurality of weapon housings. The universal support also can be attached to horizontal supports or vertical supports and can also be pushed into the ground. The weapon housings hold the weapons firmly in one place and yet provide for easy withdrawal of the weapons from the housings when needed.
An easily removable tent topper designed to be installed on a truck bed when needed and be road worthy at highway speeds. The tent topper comprises a plurality of roll bar shaped assemblies and a tent. The tent has openings therein at preselected locations which permit the tent to engage a plurality of adjustable pins, the pins being part of the roll bar shaped assemblies. These pins, with their associated adjustment knobs, permit stretching or making taut the tent. Furthermore, the tent topper can be easily removed, disassembled, and stored in the truck cab behind the seat, as many truck owners do not like to permanently affix camper-type shells on their truck beds.
A new Telescoping Cup Holding System for facilitating consumption of a drink from a standard cup for disabled persons or infants which provides support of the standard cup in adjustable horizontal and vertical positions. The inventive device includes a securing member which engages a chair arm or bed, a vertical telescoping member secured to the securing member providing an adjustable vertical support, a horizontal telescoping member secured to the vertical telescoping member opposite of the securing member providing an adjustable horizontal support, and a cup capturing member secured to the horizontal telescoping member opposite of the vertical telescoping member which releasably captures a standard cup for positioning in the proper position in relation to the user.
