A holder having a wide usage for holding plastic, cloth or paper against a surface. The holder is made of extruded plastic and includes a leg portion, a bowed base and a head portion for bearing against a surface. An arm may also be included for easily pivoting the head portion away from the surface. The holder may be used to restrain a water bed liner, curtains, valances, ruffles and paper memos for example. In addition, the holder may be placed back to back with another holder to form a clothespin type device.

4279061 - Flexible sheet securing apparatus

Apparatus for securing a flexible sheet, particularly through an intermediate member, to the frame surrounding the fluid-filled bladder of a waterbed. The apparatus comprises a U-shaped member of resilient material having a web portion and opposed first and second legs of substantially equal length extending from the web portion. The first leg has a lip directed away from the second leg. A retention member is connected to the second leg at the end of the second leg opposite the web portion and extends across the space between the opposed legs for less than such space. The retention member has a lip directed toward the second leg, whereby a flexible sheet inserted between the first leg and the retention member is secured when the lip on the first leg is engaged by the lip of the retention member.

5005239 - Bed sheet securing system for waterbeds

A system for securing a bed sheet to a waterbed is shown. The system consists of eight hook-shaped brackets and a flat sheet having resilient loops provided at its corners. A pair of the brackets are provided at each adjacent corners of the bed frame of the waterbed and positioned just above the mattress and below the rail caps. The sheet can be quickly and easily secured to the brackets by pushing the resilient loops of the sheet towards the bed frame corners until they engage with the associated brackets to secure the sheet in place over the mattress. The sheet is retained in place and it is independent of any inherent movements in the mattress during use.

4228555 - Water bed sheet frame

Disclosed herein is a frame network to be used in association with a water bed to secure the bed sheets thereon defined by a pair of spaced rectangular frames disposed along the top edge of a water bed in which the top most rectangular frame pivots relative to the bottom most frame at one end of the bed, preferably along the head board. The upper frame is so constructed that the rod closest to the head board is removable and insertable within a sleeve of the bottom portion of a bed sheet, and the side edges thereon similarly have sleeves so that side rods forming a portion of the framework are threaded therethrough. The end or foot portion of the bed sheet is looped over a portion of the frame work parallel to the head board and the sheet is doubled over so as to serve as a top sheet. A pad positioned between the sheet and the mattress is affixed to the lower frame, and a further sheet which extends under the mattress is secure to the bottom edge of the lower frame. Hardware is provided to allow the upper frame and portions thereof to rotate relative to the lower frame, these hardware elements being located at the corners of the upper most frame.

4660240 - Device for attaching sheets to a waterbed

A bed sheet attachment device for use in combination with a waterbed of the type having an upwardly open box-like base holding a fluid-filled flexible mattress. A flat first member of the attachment device defines an opening including a slot and a larger portion connected therewith. A cooperative stud has a neck which fits in the slot, and two larger portions on opposite ends of the neck. At least one of the larger portions of the stud is smaller than the larger part of the opening, so that the stud will fit matingly in the slot with a part of a bed sheet protruding through the slot and wrapped around the neck of the stud. A flexible elastic member connects the first member to the interior of the base of the waterbed, applying tension which urges the stud and sheet toward the narrow end of the slot and holds the sheet in place on the waterbed.

5191664 - Waterbed sheet securing clip

A device for holding bedding neatly in place on a waterbed is disclosed. The device is designed for use with a conventional waterbed having a fluid-filled mattress supported within a frame structure which is lined with waterproof plastic liner for preventing water from leaking out of the waterbed. The device includes a fastener for gripping an edge portion of a bedsheet and a positioning component for positioning the fastener at a location below the top surface of the fluid-filled mattress between the mattress and the waterbed liner. The positioning component is secured to the waterbed's frame structure without piercing the waterproof plastic liner.
