An identification apparatus for infants utilizes a pair of elastic bands fabricated from a rubber-like material each having different peripheral lengths. The larger band is adapted for engagement about the wrist of an infant, while the smaller band engages an index finger of the infant. The elastic bands are joined by an elongated transparent strap having the ends thereof fastened to the bands. An elongated sheet of paper-like material is secured within a cavity formed by folding over each elongated marginal edge of the strap so as to have indicia carried by a lateral surface of the flexible sheet exposed through the transparent strap residing on the hand of the infant extending over the knuckles.
A strap-like body portion is arranged to be mounted on the wrist of a person and has at least one tab with an area on one or both sides which can receive or which contains a reminding message. The tab has a laterally extending opening which receives the body portion and is tiltable in opposite directions for movement between a pair of positions one of which may comprise an indicating position and the other of which may comprise a non-indicating position. The tabs have a slit extending from the bottom edge thereof to the opening for allowing slight distortion for the purpose of attaching the tabs to or detaching them from the body portion.
A mailbag tag made of plastic sheet material is formed to fit on the encircling leather strap of a standard mailbag for providing a stable surface to support a routing bar code for scanning by a bar code reader. The tag has a flexible sidearm which is inserted through the strap hasp to form a hasp lock and the tag is designed to have sufficient strength enabling it to be used as a handle for carrying a filled mailbag.
An identification tag for attachment to clothing during athletic activities with an elongated cloth pouch which receives therein an insert through an opening at one end. The insert contains medical, identity or other information. The tag is removably attached to the clothing at any desired location by pins extending through the cloth pouch and clothing at respective ends of the pouch.

The loop has a free end away from the wristband that can be threaded through the ring, after which the wristband is threaded though the loop between the free end and the ring and pulled until the loop is wrapped snugly around the ring. The ring is then placed on the person finger and the wristband is placed in the person's wrist, thereby securing the ring.
A leg ornamentation device including an upper strap adapted to form an upper loop when worn by a user. Three upper male fasteners on the front face of the upper strap are capable of securing the upper loop around the leg below the knee by coupling with an upper female fastener on the rear face of the upper strap adjacent the second edge of the upper strap. A lower strap adapted to form a lower loop when worn by a user. Three lower male fasteners on the front face of the lower strap are capable of securing the lower loop around an ankle of the leg by coupling with a lower female fastener on the rear face of the lower strap adjacent the second edge of the lower strap. A vertical connecting strap that extends between the upper and lower strap and has a top looped portion capable of receipt therethrough the upper strap and a bottom looped portion capable of receipt therethrough the lower strap and a middle portion therebetween.
