A toy figure is provided having skin of elastic film and a filling of a high viscosity material, the viscosity of such filling remaining constant under shear. The skin may be of natural or synthetic rubber capable of recovery after stretching of 300 percent of its original dimensions. The filling viscosity is in the range of 5.times.10.sup.3 to 5.times.10.sup.8 centipoises.
This application is a continuation of Application Ser. No. 705,966, filed July 16, 1976 which in turn is a continuation-in-part of application Ser. No. 665,469, filed Mar. 10, 1976; both are now abandoned.
A flexible doll having a normal form defined by a molded elastic skin and viscous liquid filler and a separate molded head, and which will repeatedly return to its normal form after stretching and deforming of its body parts, is provided with a closure means and head mounting which is a cylindrical member having a large diameter filling passage, and external circumferential flanges spaced along its length. Two of the flanges provide a recess for clamping the doll skin thereto in sealed relationship. End flanges on the cylindrical member coact with a cylindrical bore and flange on the doll head to support it in a manner to be erect and rotatable with respect to the doll body. A plug is provided for sealingly closing the filler passage. The plug is apertured so that the doll body may be squeezed to remove all air therefrom prior to closing the aperture. This invention relates to a flexible doll having a normal form defined by a molded elastic skin and viscous liquid filler and a separate molded head, and which will repeatedly return to its normal form after stretching and deforming of its body parts, and having closure means which both facilitates filling of the skin with viscous liquid and effectively engages and supports the head in a manner to be erect and rotatable with respect to the doll body.
A novelty toy including a flexible bladder in any desired shape having a sealable filling stem for receiving a moldable filling medium such as a cohesive mixture of hollow or solid microspheres and water, wherein after being filled with the filling medium the filling stem is sealed and pushed into the flexible bladder.
A giant gummy bear is provided which consists of a pre-molded stretchable bladder in a shape of a bear with a check valve for filling gelatin solution into the bladder. A nylon cloth skin with a bear face is placed about the bladder, so as to simulate a large gummy bear candy. In a first modification the bladder is transparent and the gelatin solution has colored glitter particles therein, so that the nylon cloth skin can be eliminated. In a second modification the nose has an aperture therethrough to the check valve, so that a pump nozzle can be inserted to allow the gelatin solution to be inserted into the bladder.

The invention relates to the provision of the toy. The toy comprising at least one article, a play area and, in certain embodiments, a movement device. The play area can be formed with a magnetically attractive base and walls or portions of the same can be so formed. The article is formed with magnetically attractive material, typically magnets, at spaced locations and the article is formed of flexible material such that movement of the magnets by a magnetic moving force cause flexing and movement of parts of the article. The article can depict, in a model form, an animate character such as a human or animal and the movement allowed by the flexible material improves the realism of the same.
An alternative medicine elements package in which a soft sculpture doll having a body portion and at least two arm-like appendages attached to the body portion includes a magnet in each of the arm-like appendages and a copper strip that extends through the body portion and into each of the arm-like appendages.
