An LED flasher circuit is attached to a battery-cell-powered lamp and connected to the battery power source to provide a finding aid for the battery lamp in the dark.
A pacifier is disclosed having a light emitting diode whereby the pacifier may be located in the dark. The pacifier is also equipped with an internal light bulb, activated by squeezing the handle, so that the pacifier may be used as a flashlight in order to position it properly in a baby's mouth.
A flashlight for providing illumination and indicating energization of the light bulb when the bulb is not visible. The inventive device includes a cylindrical main body having a lens and a light bulb coupled to a first end thereof. A plurality of batteries contained within the main body selectively energize the light bulb to provide illumination. A plurality of indicator lights are mounted about a circumference of the main body and are energized in unison with the light bulb. Thus, when the first end of the flash light is positioned upon a ground surface, the indicator lights serve to alert an individual to the light being left on.
A novel switchable tail-cap illuminator with power supply which adds onto, or replaces a standard tail cap at the end of a flashlight and provides a secondary illumination source, with switchable separate power supply for independent use or for simultaneous illumination with the flashlight.
The specification describes a safety flasher for use by pedestrians, bicyclists and the like for producing a flashing signal, the flasher comprising a casing, a battery in the casing, a lamp secured to and extending exteriorly from the casing and circuit means in the casing connecting the battery and lamp for selectively actuating the lamp, the circuit means including acceleration responsive switch means for causing the lamp to flash ON and OFF.
A tubular battery-receiving casing has a resilient member at one end urging a first conductor into electrical contact with one terminal of a battery assembly. Such first conductor includes a portion extending lengthwise along a side of the casing. At the other end of the casing, a lamp assembly has a conductor with a V-shaped annular portion forming a flared groove. Such annular portion is in electrical contact with the other battery terminal through the positive and negative terminals of a lamp. A switch member in the form of a long loop of conductive material return bent at both ends is slidable lengthwise of the casing to connect and disconnect the base and lamp conductors. The leading end of the switch loop fits in the flared groove of the conductor for a reliable electrical connection.
