A polymer composition and articles fabricated therefrom is disclosed wherein the polymer composition comprises a low density polyethylene resin containing very small amounts of erucamide and oleamide. The composition is useful for forming article carriers and particularly useful for forming carriers for groups of metal cans which cans are subject to rotation in the carrier during use without significant injury to the carrier.
A package comprising a central tube, a product wound around the central tube and a perforated film having tube holes prepunched into the film is disclosed. This perforated prepunched tube hole film allows for substantially all of the product exposed surface to be covered by the perforated film but leaves the central tube ends uncovered.

This perforated prepunched tube hold film allows for substantially all of the product exposed surface to be covered by the perforated film but leaves the central tube ends uncovered.
A lightweight connector for use in association with buoyant members is provided. The connector is in the form of a substantially flexible body having a plurality of spaced apart apertures for receiving one or more buoyant members in a friction fit relationship. By adjusting the location of the connector relative to the buoyant members, the buoyancy of the resulting floatation apparatus can be modified.
A method of forming a net is set forth including the steps of providing a beverage container defined by plural pairs of aligned perimeter encompassing circumferential bands to secure beverage containers therewithin. The container includes a series of diametrically aligned straps and buckles for securement of the packages together to form a net, whereafter unutilized straps and bands are severed from the associated bands with securement straps secured at ends of the net to enable securement of the net to support objects.
A can carrier composition comprising at least one of each of the following components wherein all parts are by weight based on 100 parts by weight of component (i): (i) a high pressure polyethylene having a density in the range of about 0.918 to about 0.930 gram per cubic centimeter; (ii) a linear polyethylene having a density of less than about 0.925 gram per cubic centimeter in an amount of about 2 to about 35 parts; (iii) polyethylene wax in an amount of about 0.5 to about 5 parts; (iv) a mineral filler coated with a metal salt of a fatty acid in an amount of about 0.05 to about 0.50 parts; (v) a secondary amide in an amount of about 0.02 to about 0.15 part; (vi) an antioxidant in an amount of about 0.02 to about 0.10 part; and (vii) an organic phosphorus compound in an amount of about 0.005 to about 0.05 part.
