A container for retaining, supporting and transporting a plurality of workpieces such as hybrid substrates in a vertical orientation. The container comprising a base, a slide and a cover. The base has a fixed, horizontally extending block with a fixed lateral support vertically upstanding from one of its faces. It also has a plurality of v-shaped notches formed therein facing toward the opposite face of the block. The slide has a horizontally extending plate adjustably positionable upon the upper surface of the horizontally extending block with an adjustable lateral retainer upstanding from one edge of the horizontally extending plate. It also has a plurality of v-shaped notches formed therein facing the v-shaped notches of the fixed lateral support. The base and slide are formned of an anti-static material. Nuts and bolts are provided to releasably secure the slide to the base in any one of a plurality of positions. Lastly, the cover is provided and is positionable over the base and slide to protect from contaminants the hybrid substrates supported by the block and slide.
A semiconductor device support carrier used for a liquid phase process of a semiconductor device with a process liquid is disclosed. The semiconductor device support carrier comprises a support frame supporting the semiconductor device, and a dust protection plate mounted on the support frame and positioned above the semiconductor device. When the semiconductor device support carrier is drawn up from the process liquid, dust in the process liquid is pushed aside and out of the semiconductor device by the dust protection plate.
A container for storing and transporting articles, such as leadframes. The container includes a base with a planar wall having an upwardly facing surface defined by a peripheral edge, and at least two upwardly extending, opposite posts secured to the upper surface of the planar wall. The posts are spaced interiorly from the peripheral edge of the upwardly facing surface wherein each post has an outwardly facing surface and an inwardly facing surface that is tapered outwardly from the top of the post to the bottom of the post. The articles are positioned between the inwardly facing surfaces of the posts. A cover is releasably securable to the planar wall of the base. The cover includes a top wall and a peripheral, downwardly extending wall formed to the outer periphery of the top wall. The peripheral wall is positioned adjacent the peripheral edge of the upwardly facing surface of the base and outwardly with respect to the posts of the base when securing the cover to the base.
Disclosed is a container box for storage and transportation of wafer materials or other precision substrate plates in the electronic industries as well as for automatic loading of the wafer materials on a wafer-processing machine. Several accessory parts can be mounted on the container box as selected according to the usage conditions of the container box so as to accomplish improvements in the weight decrease, handleableness and storage. The wafer container box consists of a box body having a front opening and a covering thereon and comprises an upper mounting means provided on the top wall of the box body for supporting a robotic flange, a lower side mounting means provided on the outer surface of each of the side walls of the box body for supporting a side rail, and a side mounting means provided on the outer surface of each of the oppositely facing side walls of the box body for supporting a manual handle, each in a demountable fashion.
A collector card storage and display container is provided which includes a base member having a floor, two end walls and two side walls and constructed using a clear plastic material; a hard-coated cardboard inner liner separated from the floor and end walls by a plurality of spacers; and a lid. The inner liner, floor, walls and spacers define a plurality of display compartments, each of which can hold one collector card which can be viewed from the outside through the clear plastic walls of the base member. The inner liner and floor also define a larger, inner storage compartment for storing a much larger number of collector cards not being displayed.
A shipping tray that can be adjusted to various internal dimensions, by different placement of one or more moveable partitions. The partitions are held in position by means of interlocking surfaces formed on the ends and bottom of the partition and on the inside walls and interior bottom of the tray.
