1,2,3,4-Tetrahydro-1,1,4,4-tetramethyl-6-(alpha-methylstyryl)naphthalene possesses antikeratinizing, antiinflammatory and immunomodulatory properties and can be used in the treatment or prevention of dermatoses which are accompanied by a pathological cornification as well as inflammatory, autoimmune, rheumatic and allergic illnesses.
