A display vase construction for artificial flowers or other items of merchandise includes a perforated display board and a vase form which is removably mounted to the display board. The vase form has a side wall which envelopes approximately 180.degree. and a bottom wall closing the side wall. The display board closes the rear of the vase form and completes an open top vase for displaying articles of merchandise. A pair of hooks extend from the bottom of the vase form and are intended to fit through a pair of perforations in the display board. Fasteners extend outward from the side wall part way up its length. The fasteners engage other perforations in the display board. Each fastener comprises an array of resilient fingers which fit through a perforation in the display board. A relatively rigid camming pin is moveable in an internal passage formed in the array of fingers to deflect the fingers into locking engagement with the perforation to lock the fingers and hence the vase to the display board.
An improved, removable adhesive hook and loop wall mount floral vase. The improved wall mount vase is principally intended for holding one or more buds or a bouquet of flowers, and comprises a vinyl outer body having a predetermined body shape, a predetermined diameter, a predetermined height, and a predetermined thickness. The preferred embodiment of the present invention further comprises a polyvinyl chloride ridged inner body of a predetermined width, height and thickness. The improved vase further comprises an adhesive hook and loop fastener means attached to the outer flat back-side wall of the vinyl vase, for easily mounting the vase onto a flat surface without use of metal fasteners or permanent bonding materials. The removable adhesive hook and loop fastener allows the removal of the vase for cleaning and refilling with water and floral arrangements. The adhesive fastener can be warmed and removed from walls and other flat surfaces with out damaging the surface. The vinyl vase walls of the preferred embodiment are soft. The ridged inner body of the preferred embodiment is installed inside the soft vinyl vase body to give the vase its flat back shape, and firm front body.
A tool holder for pneumatic and electric power tools to be used when working on step ladders, extension ladders, scaffolding and other precarious elevated working environments where space for maneuvering and storing tools and materials is diminished. The tool receptacle (2) of the tool holder being especially designed to allow the storage of a wide variety of nail guns in a posture with the safety tip extended and the handle conveniently facing up towards the user facilitating the insertion, removal and operation of the tool being stored. The pivoting mounting assembly enables the holder to mount to support members that are at any angle in a vertical plane. The fastening straps with adjustable, quick release buckles enable the tool holder to be quickly and securely fastened to support members that are a wide variety of shapes and sizes. The storage pockets (24) on the front wall (8) of the holder are large enough to carry full size nail clips or a pair of safety glasses. The offset cams (26) facilitate the operation of the tool, by fastening only the amount of hose or cord needed the overall weight of the tool assembly and the chance of snags are decreased.
A fastener for holding objects to a perforated wall having at least one hole passing therethrough from a front wall surface to a rear wall surface, the fastener comprising a first portion which is in contact with an object to be secured to the wall, a second portion passing into the hole in the wall and extending to the rear wall surface, and a third portion passable through the hole and having at least a portion thereof moveable relative to the opening of the hole after passing through it so as to extend, at least partially, radially outwardly of the periphery of the hole, thereby offering resistance to the removal of the fastener from the hole in a rear-to-front direction. The second portion of the fastener may be integrally attached to a base member. The second portion may include a plurality of spaced elongated fingers, the first and second fastener portions having a central passageway therethrough extending axially of the second portion. The fingers of the third portion have thickened tips, and the base member comprises a projection sized and adapted to be pushed through the passageway, first through the first portion of the fastener, and to interfere with the thickened fingertips of the third portion to force the thickened fingertips radially outwardly against the rear periphery of the hole.
The present invention relates to a drive pin having a shank and a head asymmetrically disposed relatively to said shank. It also relates to a wall anchor assembly comprising a wall anchor adapted to be inserted in a wall for firmly maintaining the wall anchor assembly thereon; a passageway along the wall anchor; and a drive pin adapted to be inserted in the passageway and having a head providing, upon rotating the drive pin inserted in the passageway, a variable distance between the periphery of the head and an object mounted proximate thereto.
A control system includes a control apparatus and a remote control device. The control apparatus receives an operation panel from a controlled apparatus. The operation panel includes display elements used to control the controlled apparatus. The display elements include a specific display element used to control a specific function of the controlled apparatus. The remote control device has first and second operating units. The first operating unit is used to control the specific function of the controlled apparatus using the operation panel. The second operating unit is used to control the specific function of the controlled apparatus. The control apparatus receives a control signal from the remote control device, and generates one of a first command and a second command in accordance with the control signal. The first and second commands are used to control the specific function of the controlled apparatus.
