A shoe, e.g. a sports shoe or a walking shoe, has an upper and a multi-layer sole including an elastic sock liner stitched to the upper, a deformable top sole, a midsole of elastic material, and a wear resistant outsole. The top sole is anatomically shaped and formed of a material possessing a high hysteresis to conform to the contours of the foot and to retain such shape during running, walking, or active sports.
A clean air shoe having a shoe bottom adapted to the size of the foot, and with a peripheral seam edge whose upper end is sewn together with a legging by means of a seam. Below this seam there runs a second seam with which an upper is connected to the seam edge. In this manner a normal shoe, which is connected to a legging, is produced.
A waterproof shoe gasket insole strip comprising a stiff textile material gasket sheet coated with a selected thermoplastic polymer. The insole gasket is located between the insole and the outer sole. Due to its stiff, but flexible nature, it is easy to apply during lasting procedures.
A method of manufacturing a shoe, provided with a front region and a heel region. The method comprises the steps of stitching an upper to a piece of fabric in order to obtain an inner shoe which is closed at its lower portion, providing a rubber mid-sole having at least one inner cavity or seat and at least one outer cavity or seat, filling the at least one inner cavity with a lightweight filler, coupling said inner shoe with the mid-sole by a peripheral cover band, vulcanizing and placing one or more inserts in the at least one outer cavity or seat.
A shoe has an ergonomic foot pad disposed inside a cavity formed at an upper side of an outsole and connected to a bottom margin of an upper. The foot pad has a heel part which has a concave upper surface conforming to the contour of the bottom of the wearer's heel, and an upward flange extending along the periphery of the heel part. The thickness of the heel part decreases from the upward flange toward a mid part of the heel part.
A method for making shoes comprises the stages of molding a base of the shoe according to a preset curve, folding the edges of the base outwards, folding the flaps of an upper outwards and of joining the upper to the base at the outer edge of the base. The method may also comprise stages of applying a thermoformable element on a first surface of the base, at least at the outer edge of the base and of applying a sole element, on at least a portion of a second surface of the base. A shoe obtained in this way, therefore, comprises a base, molded according to a preset curve and an upper attached to the base at the outer edge of the base by joining the flaps of the upper and the edges of the base which are folded outwards.
