A portable seating device which permits the user to support the back region of the body with the legs of the user when the user is seated with the buttocks on the ground or floor and legs bent at the knees. The device includes a singular strap which fits about the user's body and across the shins of the legs that is selectively adjustable to facilitate adaptation to different body sizes. The device further includes a padded back support cushion which lays against the upper region of the user's back when worn.
A combination back support for use during stretching and/or sitting with the legs extended or not extended. The device includes a substantially rectangular lumbar back support with a multiplicity of pairs of inelastic straps used in a first configuration to engage the knees of a user and with the addition of a strap extension used to engage the feet of a user. When the user is in one of the various seated positions, the straps are connected to form loops which are fitted over either the feet or Knees of the user. As the user applies pressure with the feet or knees, the lumbar rectangular support is pulled tight around the user's lower back, providing ample support.

A shooting harness is described in which a back member is supported by shoulder suspension members from the shoulders and across the upper back region of a shooter. A leg restraining member extends from the back member and includes at least one knee segment positioned to engage at least one of the shooter's legs in the vicinity of the knee with the shooter in a sitting shooting position. The back member and leg restraining member together form a shooter encircling loop that provides a substantially stable brace about the shooter's upper back, torso, and at least one knee to stabilize the shooter in a sitting shooting position.
An abdominal support for reducing pain of a surgery patient while increasing mobility and support of a conformable pillow to the abdominal section that comprises a fabric waist band sized to fit comfortably around the upper and middle torso of the wearer and a conformable and deformable pillow preferably stuffed with feathers or man made fibers which provide a comfortable yet support pillow for the wearer which is attached to the fabric waist band. The device includes fabric fasteners for proper pressure adjustment in strategic areas.
