AbstractA metal fence (20) is constructed by a fence system with components including clips (26), fence posts (22) allowing rails (24) to engage with the posts and caps (21) to cover the seam between the rails. A solid wall fence (50) can be constructed using fasteners (228, 62), posts (58) and rails (32, 52, 54, 56, 60). Rails (32, 52, 54, 56, 60) slide along a channel (36) to form an interlocking seam (34).
