A stapler for paper binding utilizes a supporting means to firmly support staples so as to make binding process easy and stable. A stapler of the present invention includes a pressure plate spring received in a pressure bar pivoted to a front-opened cartridge. The pressure plate spring includes a front striking plate and a front bumper to drive a staple for binding papers and to confine such a staple from forward inclination. A supporting wedge is received in the staple cartridge to slide in the front and to firmly support the staple which is driven downward for binding papers. Through the support of the supporting wedge and the front bumper of the striking plate of the pressure plate spring, staple is protected to straightly strike downward for binding papers efficiently.
A stapler includes a base with an operation arm pivotally connected to a frame extending from the base. A first magazine and a second magazine which is received in the first magazine are pivotally connected to the frame so that the staples with small size can be received in the second magazine and the staples with large size can be mounted between the two magazines. A staple follower includes an inner portion to push the staples with small size and an outer portion to push the staples with large size. The stapler employs either one of two staples having different sizes.
A staple cartridge provided with a cartridge main body and a refill contained with connected staples. The refill is interchangeably attached to the cartridge main body. A guide portion for guiding the connected staples at an inside of the refill to a staple strike out portion is provided between a refill mounting portion and the staple strike out portion. Lower portions of the guide portion and the refill mounting portion are respectively arranged with a first actuator operated in accordance with a presence/absence of the connected staples at an inside of the guide portion and a second actuator provided in accordance with a presence/absence of the connected staples at an inside of the refill mounting portion. The first actuator and the second actuator are interlocked.
A stapler includes a base which has two connection plates on a top thereof and each connection plates include three holes. A magazine has one end pivotably connected to the hole located at the rear end of the base and staples are received in the magazine. A first arm has two grooves in the two sidewalls of the rear end thereof and is pivotably connected to the second hole of the connection plates. A second arm located between the first arm and the magazine, a rear end of the second arm movably engaged with the two grooves in the first arm. The second arm is pivotably connected to the third holes of the connection plates.
An improved structure of a stapler is disclosed and the stapler allows loading multiple units of staples therein. The stapler comprises a top shell, a slotting seat, a sliding seat, and a bottom seat. A cartridge is slidably inserted at one end of the slotting seat and moveable along the slotting seat. More than one unit of staples can be loaded into the stapler by placing the staples into the cartridge and then push the cartridge into the slotting seat.
