A method for treating Peyronie's disease includes providing an elongated tube having an inner diameter that is substantially equal to the outer diameter of an erect penis, such that the walls thereof will be adjacent the outer surface of the erect penis. A base portion is provided on the end of the elongated tube that is operable to be disposed about the base portion of an adult male penis to provide a seal therewith to air flow. The adult male penis is inserted into the end of the tube having the base portion associated therewith and the base portion moved downward against the base of the penis. A high air flow vacuum source is disposed and connected to the opposite end of the tube, such that a negative pressure is formed therein. The negative pressure results in the penis moving from a flaccid condition to an erect condition. After the penis has become erect, the seal between the base portion and the base of the penis is broken and made numerous times to create a turbulent air flow upward along the inner sides of the tube between the interior of the inner sides of the tube and the outer surface of the penis. This turbulent flow creates a significant amount of agitation within the tissue of the corpus cavernosum of the penis, as the tube is moved from side-to-side and in all directions.
A kit and system for treating plaque formation in a patient's extremity are provided. A pressure pump and at least two elongated vacuum chambers are included in the kit and system. Each chamber has a proximal longitudinal end adapted to receive a patient's extremity and a distal longitudinal end adapted to be positioned in fluid communication with the pressure pump so that a pressure is created inside each of the at least two vacuum chambers and exerted upon the extremity received therein when the pressure pump is operating. One of the at least two vacuum chambers has a different inner circumference than another one of the at least two vacuum chambers so that a different level of prevention from bending is provided to the extremity in the direction of the plaque formation with each of the at least two vacuum chambers during operation of the pressure pump. Methods for treating plaque formation in a patient's extremity are also provided.

A technique for overcoming male impotence when this condition is due to a loss of plasticity in the tissues of the male organ, making it incapable of achieving and maintaining an erectile state. To practice this technique, the male organ to be treated is engaged by an erectile enhancement device which in the course of each operating cycle compels the organ to change from a flaccid to an erectile state and then revert to the flaccid state. The device is programmed to repeat this operating cycle a predetermined number of times during an exercise session that subjects the male organ to a workout that enhances the plasticity of the tissues. At least one airflow opening can be formed into the chamber and configured to allow airflow through the airflow opening. In addition, a clitoris can be located in the chamber or airflow opening. An airflow regulator is configured to be adjusted over the at least one airflow opening to enable varying amounts of airflow through the chamber and past the clitoris.
