Abstract
The foot massage device is in the general form of an elongated tubular body member that has a plurality of pressure point members disposed on its outer surface. The tubular body is wide enough so that both feet of a person can be applied to the device at the same time. The tubular body has a left end portion, a central portion and a right end portion. The left and right end portions each have a convex outer surface along their longitudinal dimension and the central portion has a substantially constant outer diameter. In the preferred embodiment, the foot massage device has a permanently closed right end and the left end has a removable plug or cap so that either hot or cold fluid may be placed in the hollow tubular body to give the user beneficial results therefrom.

6364814 - Aquatic exercise device and method therefor

An aquatic exercise device and method therefor dimensioned to be retained between a person's thighs while swimming. By swimming with the aquatic exercise device in between a swimmer's thighs, a swimmer is able to contract his or her leg muscles against both a horizontal as well as vertical form of resistance. Through this method, the aquatic exercise device enables a swimmer to more fully build leg strength.

5830161 - Alternating ribbed foot massager

A foot massager is built around a cylinder that preferably mounts two axially spaced longitudinally ribbed, bulging sleeves separated by a radially extended central partition disk and captured at their outer ends by roller disks, each having end stops to prevent the massager from rolling too far. The sleeve has alternating short and substantially compressible tall ribs to clutch the skin of a user's foot and thereby enhance the soothing effect. The cylinder mounts a vibrator internally. The user places his feet respectively on the two bulged sleeves, turns on the vibrator, and rolls his feet forward and backward in a reciprocating motion that rolls the vibrator on the floor beneath his feet. The configuration of the ribbed sleeves is such that the user can roll his feet against curved end ramps defined on both the inside (the side closer to the other foot) and outside of each foot for a complete massage of all foot surfaces.

5439437 - Chair mounted foot massager

A generally C-shaped support flange mounted to a footrest of a reclining chair that permits the pivoting of the footrest relative to the chair. The support flange structure mounts adjacent massaging rollers thereon and is secured to the support flange at a rear end wall portion thereof to permit an individual to selectively direct the individual's feet across the rollers for massaging action.

6129687 - Rollable massaging device

A rollable massaging device that simultaneously provides both hot and cold therapy is disclosed. The massaging device includes a first cylindrical container defining a first opening and a first longitudinal axis therethrough, and a second cylindrical container defining a second opening and a second longitudinal axis therethrough. The device includes a coupling that releasably and resealably engages said first and second opening. The first container is preferably filled with a hot liquid and the second container is preferably filled with a cold liquid, which are separated by a wall defined by the coupling. The outer surface of each container define any of a number of various surface profiles for massage therapy, such as a plurality of protusions, dimples, ridges, or ribs. In one alternative embodiment, the walls of the first and second containers may be adjustable in length to conform to the size of area to be massaged. In another embodiment, the first and second container also define first and second bottoms opposite the first and second openings to which the containers may be joined.

6811539 - Heated vibrating foot massaging device

A heated vibrating foot massaging device for reducing tension in the feet of a user. The heated vibrating foot massaging device includes a base member having a plurality of wall members for pivotally supporting an elongate semi-circularly shaped massage unit. The massage unit incorporates both a vibrator assembly and a heater unit coupled to heating elements thereby providing both oscillatory and thermal comfort. A plurality of pressure points are positioned on the exterior surface for therapeudic action.
