A drawer apparatus includes a hollow housing, a tray slidably retained in the hollow housing, the tray being entered or drawn out from the housing through the open front surface thereof, and an urging device for urging the tray in a direction in which it protrudes from the open front surface of the housing. The urging device includes a constant-pressure spring, and a hook fixed to the other end portion of the constant-pressure spring, the hook being hooked to an open front edge portion of a bottom wall of the housing. A front frame is mounted on the housing. The front frame has a retaining portion which faces the open front edge portion of the bottom wall of the housing with the hook provided on the other end portion of the constant-pressure spring therebetween. A stopper member is provided on at least either an upper edge of a rear portion of the tray or an under surface of an upper wall of the housing which opposes the upper edge of the rear portion of the tray.
A storage box includes a casing and a one-piece frame unit. The casing includes a pair of first upright lateral inner walls opposite to each other, and a substantially flat bottom wall transversely interposed therebetween to define a front open chamber with the inner walls. The frame unit includes a pair of second upright lateral inner walls each having an inner surface and an outer surface defining therebetween a width slightly larger than that of the first inner walls so as to be press fitted in the chamber. A flange portion is formed on a front edge of each of the second upright lateral outer surfaces for abutting against a front edge of each of the first upright lateral inner walls so as to prevent further movement of the frame unit when the frame unit is press fitted into the chamber. A plurality of first parallel ribs are transversely formed on each of the second upright inner surfaces so as to define a plurality of flat article receiving slots in the chamber. The lengths of each of the second inner surfaces as well as each of the first parallel ribs are shorter than one half of a length in a transverse direction of each of the first upright inner walls.
A drawer includes a case, a drawer member, a switching member, and an urging-direction changing member. The case is buried in a panel. The drawer member is drawable out of the case, and is accommodatable in the case. The switching member is capable of outputting an operation force applied thereto in a forward direction and in a reverse direction in a switching manner. The urging-direction changing member receives outputs from the switching member, and is capable of urging the drawer member in a drawn-out direction and in an accommodated direction in a changing manner. The drawer can urge the drawer member in both directions, the drawn-out direction and the accommodated direction, with a reduced number of component parts and with high reliability.
A telescoping slide assembly includes interconnected load-carrying, intermediate, and stationary slides. A post-locking latch is mounted to move relative to the load-carrying slide to control movement of a mounting post on a piece of equipment to be carried on the load-carrying slide into and out of a post-receiving slot formed in the load-carrying slide.
A door panel system and method according to which a door panel is coupled to a member such as a chassis. A door panel is coupled to the chassis and is automatically rotated relative to the chassis.
A telescoping slide assembly (10) is provided for the mounting of an equipment mounting support and includes an elongated stationary slide member (20) having two ends and an elongated movable load-carrying slide member (24) having two ends. The load-carrying slide member (24) is telescopically connected to stationary slide member (20) so as to have one end of the load-carrying slide member extended away from one end of the stationary slide member in an extended position and the one end of the load-carrying slide member movable telescopically with respect to the stationary slide member to a retracted position wherein the one end of the load-carrying slide member is telescopically withdrawn into the stationary slide member so as to be located adjacent to the one end of the stationary slide member. The load-carrying slide member (24) is provided with at least two post-engaging slots (16) and the load-carrying slide member post-engaging slots (16)are provided with a support surface (19) adapted to receive and support mounting posts (14) on an equipment mounting support to provide a coupling for the equipment mounting support to the telescopic slide assembly (10).
