Abstract
An improved twist disc structure having a base disc with an axle in the center thereof for pivotally fitted thereon a movable disc, the upper surface of the base disc being provided with a plurality of undulating tracks. The movable disc has multiple through holes provided therein, and each through hole accommodates a lifting element. The base of these through holes are supported on the tracks. When the movable disc rotates on the base disc, the lifting elements move up and down in the corresponding through holes to massage the points on the soles of the user.

5695439 - Rotatable exerciser

An exerciser includes a pivot shaft disposed in a base. A lever has one end rotatably secured to the pivot shaft for allowing the lever to be rotated about the pivot shaft. The lever has a pivot axle disposed to the other end. A foot support is rotatably secured to the pivot axle for allowing the foot support to be rotated about the pivot axle. The foot support includes a block secured to the pivot axle and a cover rotatably supported on the block by a number of balls such that the cover is rotatable about the block.

6428451 - Rotatable pedestal

A rotatable pedestal for allowing single riders such as a child to use their body weight to cause a rotatable disc seat to rotate over a sloped surface on a support stand. Springs within the stand cause the seat to rotate in an erratic and jumpy manner while the seat goes from a horizontal position to tilted positions of up to approximately 20 degrees and back to a horizontal positions. The pedestal is small enough and light enough to be portable and strong enough for most children up to the age of approximately 12 years old.

7278956 - Pedaling exerciser with a twister device

A pedaling exerciser with a twister device has a base, a twister device mounted on the base, a pedaling assembly combined with the twister device, and an optional shell covering crank drums of the pedaling assembly. The twister device is composed of an intermediate plate and a rotating plate mounted. The intermediate plate is secured on a central shaft of the base and has multiple balls rotatably mounted thereon. The rotating plate rotatably mounted on the intermediate plate and has a bearing attached thereon around the central shaft to keep the rotating plate stable during rotation. Moreover, the rotating plate has a pin assembly movably engaged the intermediate plate to lock the twister device. By having the twister device, the pedaling exerciser selectively works pedaling and twisting functions at the same time.

5879276 - Twisting, plyometric, cardiovascular exercise apparatus - Owned by Mass.Fitness, LLC (Weston, MA)

Apparatus for exercising a user's muscles and providing the user with a cardiovascular workout. The exercise apparatus includes a base having two concentric circular closed tracks and a platform for supporting the user, wherein the platform comprises a turntable and four rollers which glide along the tracks of the base. The platform is adapted to rotate about a first axis and to concurrently move linearly along a second axis. The exercise apparatus optionally includes a resistance mechanism for opposing movement of the platform. Also optionally included is a hand rail surrounding the platform which may be detached from the base when the apparatus is not in use.

7169098 - Adjustable stretching machine

An adjustable stretching device 6 includes a stretching surface 20 that is raised off of the floor on which the user stands, flexes, and stretches the calf and lowers the leg muscles. The stretching surface 20 can be angled along a primary longitudinal angle 26 to produce a more intense stretch. Specifically, the stretching surface 20 can be angled up to 90 degrees. Additionally, the user can put a leg up on the center pad 50 and stretch the hamstring muscles. The adjustable stretching device 6 also includes a padded framework that allows a user to put a leg up on any of the bars at different heights and further stretch the leg muscles. The padding also provides protection for the bar. The stretching surface 20 of the adjustable stretching device 6 is preferably a dual stretching surface 20 that is angled either away from or towards the longitudinal centerline of the dual stretching surface 20 along the primary longitudinal angle 26. This angle can range between 0 and 45 degrees. The angle or wedge can be either integral to the platform or removable and clipped into place at different angles or slowly molded into desired angles. The adjustable stretching device 6 has a handrail assembly 40, which is foldable in nature for storage. The handrail assembly 40 also provides leverage for a more intense stretch. The adjustable stretching device 6 also includes magnets to provide better circulation for the feet or another desired area.
