Abstract
A automatic weight-activated toilet flushing apparatus, includes an automatic bounding device, a lifting/lowering device and a control box, wherein the bounding device is connected under a rear portion of a pad of a toilet bowl and connected to the lifting/lowering device so that when a user sits on the pad, the same is pressed down through a certain distance and the lifting/lowering device is simultaneously moved down, causing a slide block thereof to move downward. Meanwhile, a one-way control member is moved upward and biased by a pressing rod of the control box. When the user stands up, the slide block is moved back upward, making the one-way control member move downward to press down the pressing rod. When the pressing rod moves downward, a control rod of the control box is urged to move upward and open a valve of a water tank so as to discharge the water contained therein.

5502847 - Toilet tank flush actuator

An actuator for operating a flush valve of a toilet. The inventive device includes a mounting assembly for securing to a tank of a toilet. An actuating assembly is slidably secured to the mounting assembly along an exterior thereof for actuating a flush valve of the associated toilet. The actuator can be positioned relative to a toilet tank behind an uplifted seat thereof to encourage closing of the seat prior to flushing of the toilet.

6279176 - Low water toilet - Owned by 1:7 Water Solutions, Inc. (Houston, TX)

A low volume high-pressure toilet. When the user sits on the toilet seat, a hydraulic piston pressurizes the water tank, which optimally holds 1.7 liters of water. Water is released at high pressure through the toilet interior rim and a lower waterjet, forcing the wastewater down a waste pipe. To minimize velocity pressures losses that would be caused by a p-trap, the waste is released straight down a pipe. Sewer gases are prevented from traveling back up the pipe by a sealing valve that occludes the cross sectional area of the waste cavity in the bottom of the toilet.

6374429 - Johnnyflush

An automatic flushing mechanism which has two sets of rollers mounted to the underside of a toilet seat by a series of levers and connecting brackets. A pull rod is connected at one end to the rollers and at the other end to a pull chain which is in turn connected to the flush handle on the toilet.

7140050 - Automatic flushing actuator for tank style toilet - Owned by Technical Concepts, LLC (Mundelein, IL)

An automatic flushing actuator that mounts to an overflow pipe in a tank style toilet includes a proximity sensor, a housing enclosing a motor mount and gear assembly, and a rotatably mounted lever on top of the housing. A clamp is adapted to be affixed to the side of the housing and secure the actuator to the overflow pipe. When installing the actuator, the clamp is affixed to the overflow pipe before the housing is mounted onto the clamp. The clamp allows the housing to be removably mounted or locked in position on the clamp. The lever coupled to the top of the housing is rotated to a desired position, and a chain is connected to a handle of the toilet opens the flush valve.

6769442 - Hunting blind with flip-up hood

An apparatus, useful as a hunting blind, includes a base, a seat operably mounted on the base, and a spring-biased camouflaged hood movably supported over the seat. A latch holds the hood down until a hunter sits on the seat, releasing the latch, but the hunter's weight then holds the hood down against the spring. The spring automatically moves the hood from a closed hiding position toward an open position when a hunter stands up, as the hunter removes his weight from the seat. The base is adapted with radially-extending feet for stability.
