A restraining device for allowing a pet to encircle a building or the like has a continuous cable looped around the building and a leash movably engaging the cable and fixedly attached to the pet so that the pet may pull the leash along the cable and around the building. A connector freely moveable along the cable allows the length of the loop to be adjusted prior to use.
A leash has an elongated line, a first grip handle made of resilient material and connected to one end of the line and a second grip made of resilient material and frictionally engaged around the line at any intermediate location along the line. The frictional engagement between the second grip and the line is sufficient to preclude involuntarily sliding or movement of the grip along the leash line when an animal is being restrained or controlled. However, the user's voluntary exertion of force can be used to overcome the frictional engagement so that the second grip can be slid along the line for adjustment. The leash has a durable construction and displays a variety of colors, patterns, prints or designs.
A tangle resistance pet tie device for tying a pet to a vertical implement such that the tether holding the pet moves freely about the vertical implement. The tangle resistance pet tie device includes an annular member having an inner surface, an outer surface, a top surface and a bottom surface. The annular member has a pair of oppositely positioned breaks therein. The first and second portions are removably couplable to each other. A clamp for positioning on the annular member comprises a ring having a break therein. The clamp is movable about the annular member. A band is securely attached to an outer surface of the clamp and extends in an opposite direction of the break in the clamp. Each of a plurality of protruding members is securely coupled to an inner surface of the annular member such that a free end of each of the protruding members radially extends toward an axis of the annular member. Each of the free ends has a bore extending therein. Each of the protruding members is movable through the break in the clamp. Each of a plurality of elongated rods has a first end and a second end. Each of the first ends of the rods is movably extendable in one of the bores. The annular member is positioned around the vertical implement and the elongated rods extended to abut the vertical implement.
An animal leash and running device for allowing movement of leashed animal includes an elongated flexible member. The flexible member extends through a runner such that the runner may be selectively positioned along a length of the flexible member. An elongated tubular member has a bend therein such that the elongated tubular member forms an obtuse angle. The flexible member extends through the elongated tubular member. A coupler is attached to the elongated tubular member for selectively coupling the elongated tubular member to a vertical structure. A leash has a first end and a second end. The first end of the leash is attached to the runner. The second end of the leash may be releasably coupled to an animal.
A leash ring comprises two side members which secure about a stationary object. The side members are pivotally secured together by a threaded fastener at the proximal ends thereof and retain a leash receiving member therebetween. The side members of the leash ring comprise teeth on the distal ends thereof for securing the side members together around a stationary object. The leash ring freely rotates about the stationary object thereby enabling free movement of a pet tethered thereto without entanglement.
A system for hanging, tying and securing articles, comprising bendable strips with an outer layer of foam rubber material having a plastic-coated flexible wire running lengthwise inside. Protective plastic caps can be placed on each end of the strip. The ends of two or more bendable strips can be joined with one or more connectors. Alternatively, the bendable strips can have complementary threaded ends, and two or more of such strips can be joined together. An adapter can be used to complete a circular configuration. The system can be sold in a package containing bendable strips, connectors, protective caps and cutters.
