A portable urinal apparatus includes a supporter attached to the top of a catch basin and a discharge tube attached to the bottom of the catch basin, in which the catch basin is constructed so as to catch urinary fluids and direct those fluids down through the discharge tube into the toilet bowl of a conventional sit down toilet. An interior chamber is defined by the walls of the catch basin. The sides of the catch basin are sloped to direct fluids towards the middle and bottom of the interior chamber of the catch basin, rather than outside the basin. The bottom of the catch basin is sloped to direct fluids towards the discharge tube. When in use, the bottom end of the discharge tube is positioned over the middle area of the toilet bowl.

A standing urinal includes an elongate, generally cylindrical housing having an elongate opening in a side of the housing. The opening extends radially a suitable but not exaggerated distance to provide side wall components of the housing, and the housing is positionable at an oblique angle to a wall to which it can be mounted, and is of such a size that when mounted to the wall a male can straddle the housing and urinate into the opening. A drain is provided in the lower portion of the housing. A supply of water can be provided for discharge inside the housing during urination so as to rinse urine away down the lower drain of the housing, and the water rinsing can be activated by an automatic switch for each urinal user.

A portable disposable urine capture device system, comprising a exterior container having an interior surface and an exterior surface, an interior collection mechanism wherein the interior collection mechanism includes an open end, a closed end forming a base, closed sides, and an integrally attached substantially conical elongate shaft with an upper opening and a lower opening, oriented inside the interior collection mechanism such that discharged urine is directed away from the body of a user, via said shaft configured to receive and direct the flow of the discharged urine into the base; an absorbent substance maintained in the base of the interior collection mechanism which binds with the discharged urine, a drape for shielding the user during the system use, one or more tissue wipes to absorb excess fluid from the user's body after use, and an antibacterial substance for hygienically cleansing the user's hands after use.

A portable urinal for collecting and storing urine from a user is provided. The portable urinal includes a receptacle for collecting the urine, where the receptacle includes a body portion having an inlet sized to sufficiently receive the genitourinary area of the user, and an outlet. The portable urinal further includes a storage container for storing the urine, where the storage container has an inlet for receiving the urine from the receptacle. A connector attached to the storage container receives the storage container inlet and removably receives the receptacle outlet, such that the connector releasably joins the receptacle with the storage container allowing the urine to flow from the receptacle outlet into the storage container inlet.
