An auxiliary hand article of luggage is disclosed, which includes an exteriorly accessible pocket which can be readily converted to a strap for temporarily securing the auxiliary hand article to the U-shaped handle extending upward from the top of a separate article of wheeled luggage. The externally accessible pocket is readily converted into a securement strap by the opening of a closure, which may be in the form of a zipper.

A carry bag system in which the handle of a briefcase, attache case, small suitcase, or overnight bag, for example, fits through an elongated slot on the flap of an accessory bag having one or more compartments for storing articles placed therein, with the accessory bag draping over one of the sides while being transported about as a single unit by virtue of the carry handle. A series of straps and buckle-snap arrangements are described to further secure the accessory bag with the main carrying unit, and with a second accessory bag carried by the briefcase, attache case, small suitcase or overnight bag in similar manner--with either or both accessory bags being additionally detachable from the combination to allow independent carrying thereof to conferences, meetings and seminars without having to carry the entire combination together.

A luggage piece having a detachable tote bag is provided. The luggage piece includes a plurality of sides that enclose a main luggage compartment. The tote bag is secured to the exterior of one of the sides by a zipper. One half of the zipper is secured to a portion of the outer perimeter of the luggage piece side while the other half of the zipper is secured to the outer perimeter of a portion of the tote bag. The top of the tote bag remains unzipped to defining an opening, and can be secured by a snap. A pair of loop handles are located at the opening and can be stowed inside the tote bag when it is attached to the luggage piece. A removable hook is provided to a top side of the luggage piece for hanging the handles therefrom.

Luggage includes first and second separate pouches connected by a web and is adapted to be positioned over the handle of separate carrier luggage whereby the luggage may be utilized in a saddle bag type configuration or in an assembled configuration as a garment or other type bag.

A flexible cover structure for enclosing and protecting a golf club bag during its handling and transport, the cover structure including a flexible cover member and a rigid base member having dual spaced-apart rollers and pedestals, and including multiple elongated skid rails provided at the base member lower rear side. The cover structure is provided with dual detachable bags each centrally located along opposite sides of the cover member by a continuous zipper. The detachable bags are each provided with a main inner compartment containing a foldable handle and closable by have a zipper fastener extending around the bags upper peripheral edges, a secondary inner compartment provided in the bag forward portion, and a front pocket closable by a zipper. The dual side bags are each removable from the cover member, and after removal can be conveniently joined together along their rear sides by the same continuous zipper to provide a single bag assembly having four inner compartments and dual handles for convenient independent usage.
