The ink set for inkjet recording and an inkjet recording method in the present invention, which can provide a recorded image having high quality and ensure that the obtained image can maintain the image quality with less change in the color balance even when stored in an oxidative atmosphere, and which includes at least three kinds of inkjet inks, each of which includes a coloring agent dissolved or dispersed in an aqueous or oily medium and has a maximum absorption spectrum in a spectral absorption region different from each other, wherein, when a photographic printing is performed on a reflection-type image-receiving medium using the ink set and a forced discoloration rate constant with an ozone gas of each ink is determined in each printed region of said at least three kinds of inks, the ratio of any two of the forced discoloration rate constants is from 0.5 to 2.0.

6153263 - Ink jet textile printing and printing textile article - Owned by Canon Kabushiki Kaisha (Tokyo,JP)

A method of performing ink jet textile printing of a fiber product involves recording the border of a recorded image with a first ink containing an antibleeding agent, recording inside the border with a second coloring ink to complete the recorded image, and coloring the recorded image with heat. A printed textile article is made from fiber product substrate, and has an image formed thereon. The image has a border of a first ink containing an antibleeding agent, and an inner region located within the border is of a second coloring ink, the image having been colored by the application of heat.

6153310 - Ink jet recording sheet - Owned by Nisshinbo Industries, Inc. (Tokyo,JP)

An ink jet recording sheet is disclosed which has excellent ink retention properties, color development properties, weather resistance and water resistance, and which is substantially free from curling even if it has its only one side provided with an ink receiving layer. In particular, the present invention relates to an ink jet recording sheet which is extremely suited for use in poster applications. The ink jet recording sheet comprises: a substrate having its at least one side provided with an ink receiving layer; the ink receiving layer containing a nonionic surfactant and a binder resin, solid content of the nonionic surfactant being in a range of 11% to 20% by weight of total solid content of the ink receiving layer, the binder resin containing a silanol group-modified polyvinyl alcohol as a component thereof in an amount of 70% by weight or more of solid content of the binder resin.

6506479 - Ink jet recording paper - Owned by Nisshinbo Industries, Inc. (Tokyo,JP)

The present invention is to provide an ink jet recording paper which is free from blurring, exhibits a highly developed color and has such a strength as to prevent a laminate film and an ink-receiving layer from being peeled by the wind or rain when the paper is posted outdoors after the appropriate film is laminated. The ink jet recording paper is provided with an ink-receiving layer, containing at least a resin and a pigment, on a substrate, wherein major components forming an anchor coating layer of the receiving layer are a styrene/acryl copolymer resin having a glass transition point of 0.degree. C. or more and 20.degree. C. or less and calcium carbonate.
