A magazine assembly for a pneumatic staple gun, including a magazine base, a mounting plate fixedly secured to the magazine base having one end covered over the bottom side of the magazine base and an opposite end connected to the gun body of the pneumatic staple gun, a magazine cover covered on the magazine base at one side, a hooked stop plate fixedly secured to the rear end of the magazine base, an end block fixedly secured to the rear end of the magazine cover, and a constraint member turned about a pivot on the end block and having a lever at one end supported on a return spring and a hook at an opposite end detachably hooked up with the hooked stop plate.
A staples adjusting device includes two boards received in the magazine and one of the two boards has a recess defined in the inside thereof, and a concavity is defined in the bottom of the recess. An adjusting plate is movably received between the two boards and has two inclined slots defined in two ends thereof, each of the slots has a boss of an actuating member extending therethrough. A protrusion extends from the actuating member and a rod extends through the protrusion. The rod has a stop extending radially outward therefrom and two springs are mounted to the rod and biased between the stop and the protrusion, and between the inside of the concavity and the protrusion so that when pushing the rod to compress the springs, the adjusting plate is moved to push the staples contacting against the inside of the magazine by moving the two bosses in the two inclined slots so that there will be no gap defined between the staples and the inside of the magazine.
A quick-release device for a pneumatic nail gun with a magazine has a base, a pusher plate, a spring and a button. The base has a through hole defined in the top of the base. The pusher plate has a first end that normally extends into the channel of the magazine and a second end. The spring abuts the second end of the pusher plate. The button is moveably mounted in the base and extends out from the through hole. The button abuts the second end of the pusher plate, such that the pusher plate can be pivoted by pressing the exposed button. The finger of the user does not extend into the device. Consequently, the operation of the quick-release device is simplified, and the finger of the user will not be injured during the process of clearing jammed nails.
A magazine for a staple tacker includes a base portion having a cover slidably disposed thereto, the base portion having a recessed area defined in a bottom thereof and six notches being defined each of the first end wall and second end wall thereof. At least two resilient elements disposed on the recessed area and each of which has a plurality of flexible ribs extending laterally from two opposite sides thereof such that six positioning plates are mounted across between the notches between the first end wall and the second end wall to depress the flexible ribs with a pin movably extending through a slot defined in each of the positioning plates. A control member having a receiving section and a pressing section extends from the second end wall and is pushed by an end cap of the cover when the cover is slidably mounted to the base portion such that the pressing section pressing the pin is moved away from the pin to allow the pin to be raised toward the cover within the receiving section by the flexible ribs. Staples are positioned between the bottom and the positioning plates and the staples has one end thereof contacting against an adjacent positioning plate which is raised toward the cover by the flexible ribs.
A magazine assembly for fastener driving tools includes a longitudinal track element having a J-shaped section for supporting the fasteners which are fed one by one towards a driver track of the nose of the fastener driving tool. There is provided a longitudinal guide plate having a lateral end mounted on the track element and a front end inserted into the nose. The guide plate is parallel to a slide groove of the track element which is for the sliding of the fastener tips and is located above the slide groove so as to restrict the upper edges and outer edges of the head portions of the fasteners. The height of the position of the guide plate to be mounted onto the track element may be adjusted to suit fasteners of various lengths.
A nail press structure of a nail ejection gun includes a frame body having a nail outlet seat, and a nail magazine. The nail magazine includes an L-shaped magazine plate assembled with a magazine seat, such that a plurality of nails may be received in the space defined between the magazine seat and the magazine plate. The magazine seat is formed with a plurality of magazine grooves, and the magazine plate is formed with a hollow plate locked on the magazine seat. A plurality of elastic members are placed between the magazine seat and the magazine plate. A plurality of nail press members are respectively placed in the magazine grooves, located between the magazine seat and the elastic member, and are pressed by the elastic members.
