A miniature motor comprising a case having a permanent magnet fixedly fitted to the inner circumference thereof, a rotor having an armature iron core and a commutator, and a case cap having power-feeding brushes and input terminals in which a pair of connecting members made of an electrically conductive material are provided on the inner end face of the case cap in a state insulated from brush holders, and a pair of terminals is integrally provided on each of the connecting members and the brush holders; one terminal of the connecting member being connected to the input terminal directly or via other electrically conductive members, the other terminal of the connecting member being connected to a pig-tail wire, and a capacitor being connected across the terminals.
A miniature electric motor has a tubular housing with a closed end and an open end. The open end is closed by an end cap assembly. The end cap assembly comprises an end cap supporting two motor terminals and two brush assemblies. A chip capacitor is connected between the motor terminals. The positive motor terminal is connected to the positive brush assembly by a choke and the negative motor terminal is connected to the negative brush assembly by a PTC. The negative motor terminal is also connected to the motor housing by an earth strap which is nipped between the end cap and the motor housing.
The invention relates to a collector machine, in particular an electric motor, having a rotor, rotatably supported in a housing and having an armature winding and a collector. The collector for electrically contacting the armature winding cooperates with at least two brushes resting slidingly on the collector, which are each displaceably guided counter to an initial tension in a respective quiver provided for each brush on a brush carrier plate. In accordance with the improvement according to the invention, at least one contact element, which is part of an associated quiver and for one pole of the electrical contacting establishes an electrically conductive contact with the housing.
An actuating drive with an electric motor that has a metallic electric motor housing, a shaft, an armature, collector, brushes, and a brush holder plate, and control electronics. Electronic and electric components are connected to a printed circuit board and the printed circuit board protrudes at right angles to the shaft and into a cross section of the electric motor housing. Outside the electric motor housing, the electronic and electric components are protected by a control electronics housing. Radio interference suppression means, for example, can be disposed inside the actuating drive. The system includes a printed circuit board with a strip conductor and a contact spring that leads from the strip conductor and this contact spring protrudes into the electric motor housing, wherein a resilient free end of the spring rests against the electric motor housing producing an electrical contact.
A motor brush lead frame having one end that is folded upon itself to form a pair of pinching surfaces which are adapted to pinch an electrical terminal to establish electrical contact with the electrical terminal. By folding the lead frame member upon itself to form a pair of pinching surfaces, the problems and costs associated with crimping or otherwise attaching a conventional electrical connector to the lead frame member are eliminated.
A direct current motor including a rotor having a rotation shaft and rotor coils, a stator configured to apply a magnetic field to the rotor via magnetic poles of the stator opposing magnetic poles of the rotor, an electrical parts mounting base board fixed on the rotation shaft such that the rotation shaft perpendicularly intersects the electrical parts mounting base board, and a commutator having a contact electrode part formed with a plane conductive layer pattern and connected to the rotor coils. The contact electrode part is formed on the electrical parts mounting base board. The direct current motor further includes a pair of electrode brushes in sliding contact with the contact electrode part of the commutator and configured to supply electric power to the rotor coils though the commutator.
