The invention, consisting of two (2) flat, rectangular, pre-slotted, backing boards with the anterior backing board containing six (6) Velcro.RTM. receiving strips (hooks) affixed in a parallel manner, an equal number above and below the centerline, and the posterior backing board containing between two (2) and six (6) binding straps with one (1) end of the binding strap being permanently affixed to the posterior backing board, with an equal number affixed above and below the centerline, and to be affixed to the Velcro.RTM. receiving strips (hooks) affixed to the anterior backing board, is to be utilized in retaining and reinforcing the loose-leaf pages or contents of multi-ring notebook binders, whether the binders utilize a "C" ring, "D" ring, "Slant" ring or other edge binding technology.
The present invention provides a book for vertically displaying safety information on selected pages. The book is particularly well-suited for use in laboratory, hospital and industrial environments where emergency situations can prevent access to remote reference manuals. The book has front and back covers with a releasable mounting means for mounting the book in a vertical position on a planar surface. The book also has a plurality of adjacent informational pages releasably adhered together, and a binder.
An index divider sheet assembly adapted for feeding into ink jet printers and the like for a printing operation on the sheet body and/or the index tab of the assembly. The assembly includes a divider sheet having a tab extending out of one edge and a reinforced binding edge flap. The divider sheet can be manufactured from ink jet receptive top-coated white cardstock. A guide strip along the tab edge assists the assembly being fed and passing through the printer despite the presence of the tab. The binding edge flap is folded over onto the body of the sheet and held thereon to reduce the width dimension of the assembly so that it can be fed into and passed through the printer. After passing through the printer, the guide strip is removed and the flap is unfolded. To improve feed of the assembly from a printer feed tray having corner guides, the flap is manufactured to have notches cut out of both ends thereof to define thin legs along the flap fold line and at both corner ends of the flap.
A deposited ink drop imposition proofing print sheet that includes two deposited ink drop printable faces each having a periphery defined by an ordered series of first, second, third, and fourth edges. These two faces have properties resulting from a deposited ink drop print-enhancing treatment. The sheet defines two first registration openings. The first is located closer to the first sheet edge than to the third sheet edge and closer to the second sheet edge than to the fourth sheet edge. The second is located closer to the first sheet edge than to the third sheet edge and closer to the fourth sheet edge than to the second sheet edge. In one embodiment, an inner edge of the first registration opening is nominally separated from an inner edge of the second registration opening by at least 36 inches.
