In accordance with the present invention, strips of a gutter decoration are piece-wise end-to-end (or seamlessly) attached to a gutter mounted to a building or structure to decoratively cover the gutter. The gutter decoration strip extends horizontally and cross sectionally comprises a first generally vertical section and a second section depending upwardly therefrom. The first vertical section includes a series or pattern of decorative features formed therein. The gutter decoration strip further includes means for attaching the strip to the gutter. Alternatively, the gutter decoration is attached below the gutter to either the fascia board or the gutter. In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention, strips of a fascia decoration are piece-wise end-to-end attached to a fascia board of a building or structure to decoratively cover the fascia board. The fascia decoration strip has a generally elongated rectangular shape with a lower portion thereof including a series or pattern of decorative features formed therein. The fascia decoration strip further includes means for attaching the strip to the fascia board.
An auxiliary embosser for use with a mobile or stationary on or off-site roll forming apparatus which roll forms sheet material into objects such as a rain gutter or aluminum siding having complex cross section profiles. The auxiliary embosser includes a frame adapted to be aligned and attached adjacent to the apparatus in relation to a roll formed object discharge thereof. The frame includes closely spaced mating embossing rollers held for rotation in the frame about spaced rotational axes and aligned to receive one surface of a roll formed object discharging from the apparatus. The embossing rollers are formed having a profile of their mating surfaces configured to be substantially similar to a profile of the one surface of the object and further include a decorative design which is embossed into the one surface of the object while being moved through the embossing rollers as controlled by the apparatus.
A gutter enhancing device having a flexible member for being applied to and covering the exterior configuration of an existing gutter trough. The device also has a flexible screen portion for covering the top portion or opening of the gutter trough.
A drip edging or gutter mounting that includes a permanent member mounted to a structure and a dismountable member selectively connected to the permanent member. The dismountable member includes structure for connecting ornamental structures, such as light strings, to the dismountable member. Upon receipt of the ornamental structures by the connecting structure, the dismountable member is selectively connected to the permanent member to thereby decorate the structure. The dismountable member can be removed from the permanent member with the lights attached for storage thereby eliminating the need for mounting and dismounted light strings to a structure.
