Abstract
A survival weapon is described in which a projectile firing weapon mounts a stock member. A connector mounts the stock member to the projectile firing weapon for selective motion between an inoperative position in which the stock member is positioned in juxtaposition to the projectile firing weapon, and an operative position in which the stock member projects outwardly of the projectile firing weapon. The stock member includes compartments releasably receiving survival items such as a fire starting component, a cutting tool, a direction finding device, and ammunition for the projectile firing weapon. An access opening is formed in the stock member that is aligned with the trigger of the weapon and that provides access to the trigger when the stock member is in either the operative or inoperative position. A saw blade and a chopping head may also be provided for attachment to the stock member to enable use of the stock member as a saw or chopping tool.

6389729 - Device for storing and transporting firearm disassembly tools within hand grip

A device to provide storage and transportation of a flat pin ejector removal tool (28) and a round pin removal tool (30) within a frame cavity (12) of a firearm. Consisting of a tool body (10) shaped to fit within the frame cavity, and having the tools affixed to it. The tool body has a plunger journal hole (14) containing a spring (22) that underlies a plunger (24). These are held captive by a retention clip (26) pressed into a retention clip recess (16). This arrangement allows the plunger to be manually urged to its proximal position during insertion of the device into the frame cavity. The spring then urges the plunger to its distal position. Thus, the plunger projects out of the tool body to sufficiently communicate with a lanyard hole (13) retaining the device within the frame cavity. Manually urging the plunger to its proximal position facilitates removal.

6484421 - Snow plow assembly

A snow plow assembly broadly comprises a snow plow blade, a frame for mounting the snow plow blade to a vehicle, and a boom connected to the frame and the snow plow blade. The assembly also includes a lift system for raising and lowering the boom, which lift system includes a lift cable attached to the frame and the boom. The assembly also includes a system for maintaining the lift cable taut so that the snow plow blade remains substantially level during use.

7200966 - Firearm stock - Owned by Gooder; William Penty

A weapon stock, adapted to receive a firing assembly including a barrel and a receiver connected to the barrel. In assembly with the firing assembly, the barrel is located adjacent to the first forestock towards the forward end. The stock further includes an elongated lower second forestock element spatially separated below the stock for at least part of its length at a location substantially at or below the first pistol grip and extending for a distance equal to or less than the distance between the barrel end distal to the receiver and the rear end of buttstock. The second forestock is attached to the stock at two or more attachment points wherein at one or more said attachment point(s) the second forestock is not integrally formed with said stock.

6829855 - Ambidextrous reserve magazine holder for a firearm

A magazine-protecting, ambidextrous device for carrying a loaded spare magazine attached to a firearm buttstock in position for rapid removal and insertion into the firing position of the firearm. The loaded spare magazine is restrained within a well formed in the buttstock by a retractable latch pivotably mounted such that when the spare magazine is removed, the latch retracts below the exterior surface of the firearm buttstock, protecting the latch from damage and reducing the profile of the weapon. The spare magazine is carried in such a way as to protect the open end of the magazine and the ammunition carried therein from dirt and/or damage.
