A control system which comprises a reduction gear unit containing gears, a motor being disposed on an input side of said reduction gear unit, a sensor for detecting a turning angle of said motor, and control means for inputting output from said sensor and controlling turning of said motor. The control system further includes gear output angle variation estimation means for estimating a gear output angle variation of said reduction gear unit based on the motor turning angle. An angle transmission error is estimated based on the motor turning angle, whereby load tip locus accuracy can be improved without lowering responsivity of the control system.
A motor control apparatus for adjusting a gain by identifying an inertia includes a speed control section for determining a torque command and controlling a speed of a motor such that an actual speed of the motor coincides with an inputted speed command; an estimation section for simulating and creating a model of the speed control section so that the motor speed coincides with the speed of the model; and an identifying section for identifying an inertia on a basis of a ratio between a first value which is obtained by time-integrating a first speed deviation of the speed control section during a specified period and a second value which is obtained by time-integrating a second speed deviation of the estimation section during the same period as the specified period, wherein identification of the inertia is performed only in a case where the motor speed within the speed control section and the speed of the model within the estimation section are not zero and coincide to each other, and the inertia is identified on a basis of a ratio between a first value which is obtained by time-integrating an absolute value of the first speed deviation of the speed control section during the specified period and a second value which is obtained by time-integrating an absolute value of the second speed deviation of the estimation section during the same period as the specified period.
A method of correcting positional error in an actuator that is equipped with a motor and a wave gear reduction drive that transmits a motor output to the target load. Positioning error relative to the absolute position of the actuator output shaft is measured, to compile error correction data relating to each position on the rotation of the motor shaft. The rotational position of the motor shaft is detected and rotational position correction information produced by adding error correction values assigned to the position concerned. The rotational positional error information thus produced is used as position feedback information for controlling the positioning of the output shaft.
An aircraft brake actuation system implements an anti-hysteresis feature that compensates for various hysteresis effects exhibited in an aircraft brake actuation system due to one or more sources of mechanical inefficiency within the system. The anti-hysteresis feature adjusts the command signal up or down, depending on the direction of the command, a predetermined amount based on the amount of hysteresis in the system. By doing so, the actual brake force supplied to the aircraft brake elements more accurately represents the brake force being commanded.
The invention concerns a method for stabilizing the motion of an articulated chain of a chain block, especially to prevent the formation of resonance oscillation of the chain, in which an articulated chain is led across a polygonal chain wheel with non-uniform pitch, which is driven by an electric motor. In order to create a method to prevent the formation of a resonance oscillation of the articulated chain, it is proposed that a periodic and/or stochastic and dampening actuating variable is superimposed on the velocity of the chain wheel (4) and the dampening actuating variable produces a change in the chain velocity so as to prevent a formation of a resonance oscillation. The chain drive with reduced polygon effect is characterized in that an electronic damper (8) is hooked up in front of the electric motor (2), which produces a control of the electric motor (2) such that a formation of a resonance oscillation of the articulated chain (5) is prevented.
