A wireless microphone has a base unit connectable to a transmitting/receiving unit adapted to at least transmit signals to another party, a head unit spaced from the base unit and receiving signals from a user, a unit for transmitting signals between the head unit and the base unit with infrared radiation.

A multi-directional hand-free kit. The kit has a main body receiving a printed circuit board therein for controlling audio signal sending and receiving incorporated with a mobile communication device and formed with a first oblique portion, a connector member connected to an external power source and formed at a portion thereof facing the first oblique portion with a second oblique portion which frictionally makes contact with the first oblique portion, and a shaft member for connecting the main body and the connector member in such a manner that the main body and the connector member are obliquely rotatable to each other.

A holding device which can be attached to a standard cigarette lighter receptacle which is located in the dashboard of an automobile. The holding device comprises: 1) a support member which is inserted into the cigarette lighter receptacle; and 2) an elongated holding member which can accept an object such as a cigar for storage; or a test-tube shaped container which is capable of holding water and one flower or a small floral arrangement. The elongated holding member can have various artistic designs on its outer wall surface which will add to the pleasing aesthetics of the holder in an automobile.

The present invention 10 is a cellular telephone that is releasably attached to the airbag cover 14 of the steering wheel 12 of a vehicle 16. The present invention 10 can be attached by hook and loop material 24 or by a strap means 60. Power to the telephone is supplied by a cord 20 which receives power from the 12-volt cigarette lighter outlet 22. The cord 20 has a breakaway junction 46 disposed so that the cord will break away in the event that the airbag 14 is activated. Positioned between the cellular telephone and the cigarette lighter 22 is a spring-loaded retractor means 18 which will store cord 20 as released as the steering wheel is turned. The present invention 10 also comprises an awaken mode 56 for lethargic users 54 so that a preprogrammed telephone call will be made when the telephone 10 is turned on. Additionally, the present invention 10 comprises means for interfacing 64 with an independent cellular telephone which telephone can be controlled by the present invention 10 by placing the independent cellular telephone in a cradle 66 connected to the present invention 10. Additionally, the present invention 10 comprises multiple breaking points 76 whereby the housing 30 and electronics 78 contained therein will break into multiple pieces when the airbag 72 deploys.

A speakerphone with a jack or a plug to allow a full featured speakerphone to be used with a wireless telephone handset. In one embodiment, a jack is installed on a speakerphone. A cable can connect the speakerphone using this jack and a headset jack on wireless phone handset. In another embodiment, the cable is embedded in the speakerphone. In another embodiment, the speakerphone is operated by an internal power source.
