Abstract
The subject matter of the invention relates to a chain link of plastic, which is made in one piece from two opposite, spaced-apart chain side plates (1, 2) and a plate (3). The plate (3) comprises at least one profiled groove (8) extending substantially parallel to a chain link (1, 2). The profiled groove (8) is adapted for receiving a partition (6), which has in its one end section an engaging member (9) that is shaped to correspond with profiled groove (8).

7047720 - Cable or the like protection and guide device - Owned by Tsubakimoto Chain Co. (Osaka,JP)

A cable or the like protection and guide device, which can escape static electricity reliably without an antistatic additive and can minimize the generation of wear particles due to sliding contact is disclosed. A cable or the like protection and guide device according to the present invention includes a number of synthetic resin link bodies (11) articulably connected to each other with a cable or the like (10) inserted therein. Each link body comprises a pair of link plates (21) disposed on both sides of the cable or the like and an inner circumferential side connecting plate (22) and an outer circumferential side connecting plate (23) spanned across a bending inner circumferential side and a bending outer circumferential side of the link plate, respectively. Tongue pieces (41 to 44), which are positioned at the front and rear sides of the longitudinal direction of said protection and guide device and sliding contacts, are provided in a protruded manner on at least one of said inner circumferential side connecting plate and said outer circumferential connecting plate, and a metallic member (50) is incorporated in at least one of sliding contact surfaces (41A to 44A) of said tongue pieces.

7013630 - Cable or the like protection and guide device - Owned by Tsubakimoto Chain Co. (Osaka,JP)

A cable or the like protection and guide device, which can prevent rubbing damage or the production of wear powders in a cable or the like is disclosed. Link bodies (11) are articulably connected to each other in the longitudinal direction with a cable or the like (12) inserted. Each link body (11) comprises a pair of link plates (13) spaced on both sides of the cable or the like (12), connecting plates (14, 15), which are bridged on the articulation outer circumferential side and the articulation inner circumferential side of the link plate, and a partitioning plate (31) supported on at least articulation inner circumferential side connecting plate, which faces the link plates. Each connecting plate includes connecting engagement portions (32, 37) formed at non-contact positions of a front end surface and a rear end surface, and the partitioning plate includes a pair of front and rear partitioning plate engagement portions (34, 36) formed on at least the articulation inner circumferential side and which sandwich said connecting engagement portions when engaged therewith.

6925795 - Cable or the like protection and guide device - Owned by Tsubakimoto Chain Co. (Osaka,JP)

To provide a cable or the like protection and guide device that does not disperse dust particles such as wear particles generated by slide or friction between a cable or the like and link frame bodies. A number of link frame bodies (11) articulably connected to each other in the longitudinal direction of the device in a state where a cable or the like (14) are accommodated and hermetically sealed, each comprise a pair of link plate (23) disposed on both sides of the cable or the like, and connecting rods (22, 24) bridged across the link plates on the bend outer peripheral side and on the bend inner peripheral side, respectively. Between at least the bend outer peripheral side of the link plate and the connecting rod (24) bridged on the bend outer peripheral side is openably provided a sealing structure by concave and convex fitting (48, 49, 148, 149, 148, 149). Thus, the respective frame bodies are reliably hermetically sealed by the connecting rods (24) and dust particles present in the inside space of the link frame bodies through which the cable or the like is penetrated are not dispersed outside.

6550233 - Energy guiding chain - Owned by Igus Spritzgussteile fur die Industrie GmbH (Koln,DE)

Energy guiding chains serve to guide cables, hoses and the like from one connection point to another, at least one of the two connection points being movable, the energy guiding chain having a plurality of plastic chain links that are, or can be connected to one another in articulated fashion, each of which includes two side straps and two cross-members, where at least one of the cross-members is connected to the side straps in detachable fashion and a snap mechanism is provided, which interacts with a snap ridge provided on each end of the cross-member. In order to also make it possible for the snap mechanism to be easily released by hand, it is designed as an elastic hook, which is located in the center of the cross-member when the respective cross-member is mounted and protrudes beyond the outside surface of the cross-member, so that is accessible by hand. In the area in front of the hook, the outside surface of the cross-member has a grip extending from the snap ridge towards the center of the chain link.

7520122 - Cable protection and guide device - Owned by Tsubakimoto Chain Co. (Osaka,JP)

A cable protection and guide device in which maintenance of cables is easily performed without completely removing a cable accommodating space extension arm from a side plate is disclosed. Inadvertent disengagement of the cable accommodating space extension arm is prevented because the arm strongly engages the side plates of the device. The cable protection and guide device includes a number of pairs of right and left side plates connected to each other. Cable accommodating space extension arms are bridged over the flexional inner circumferential sides of at least one pair of side plates. D-shaped pin hinge shafts in the hinge ends of the arms are detachably interengaged with a groove in one of the side plates and thus permits the arm to pivot with respect to the side plate. Hinge end side locking pawl pieces of the arms are interlocked to the side plates.
