The invention relates to office and work furniture with a table top or work bench top and a support frame supporting the top, where+in the support frame is supported on the floor by at least two legs or at least one support surface. A treadmill exercising device in the form of a moveable continuous conveyor belt is stored in its rest position inside the three-dimensional space of the treadmill exercising device, from which rest position the device can be moved or tilted into the operating position on the floor in front of the table top or work bench top and locked in place. The treadmill exercising device includes at least one support frame and a continuous conveyor belt guided over to deflection rolls which are supported in the support frame. The conveyor belt is constructed from rubber or from lamellar elements. The support frame is enclosed by side covers and provided with slider or roller elements.
The present invention is an exercise device incorporating a treadmill platform and treadmill podium, whereby the user may walk/run on the treadmill, not only in the forward direction, but also in the side-to-side and backwards directions described above, while still facing the podium. This present invention provides a treadmill having a podium that can be adjusted with respect to the platform, so that regardless of the direction of travel in which the user is traveling on the platform (forward, side-to-side, or backwards), the user will always be facing the podium. This is accomplished by providing a pivoting podium element that pivots with respect to the platform.
A modular body builder frame box is of a rectangular construction and is capable of being rested securely on a ground surface or against a wall. The frame box has a receiving compartment extending from a front side thereof toward a rear side thereof. The receiving compartment is provided in two side walls with a pivoting recess in proximity of the bottom of the receiving compartment. The pivoting recess is used for pivoting a predetermined part of a body building device such that the body building device can be swiveled between a standby position and a storage position, and that the body building device is rested on a ground surface at such time when the body building device is located at the standby position, and further that the body building device is contained in the receiving compartment of the frame box at such time when the body building device is located at the storage position.

A foldup treadmill (58)is stored in the space under the shelving (46) when not in use and folded down onto the floor in front of the computer enabling simultaneous exercising on the treadmill and ergonomic operation of the computer.
