A fluid holding vessel that has a liquid holding member, a bottom attached handle and a base member. The liquid holding member may have a shell and a lining, and preferably has an exposed side wall made of plastic with a seamless surface. The principal components of the vessel may be joined by a single fastener. The handle may have an attachment end secured between the liquid holding member and a base member and a free-standing user end. The lining and/or base member may be made of a metallic material.
An ashtray apparatus comprising a container, a cap member, and a handle assembly. The container includes a base and a surround member extending from the base. The base and surround member cooperate to define a cavity having an opening. The cap member is engageable with the container. The cap member and container cover at least a portion of the opening of the container. The cap member further includes a channel extending therethrough which permits communication with the cavity of the container. The handle assembly is releasably associable with at least one of the base and the cap member so that a user can selectively utilize the handle assembly.
A beverage container having three elongated generally planar side surfaces with three rounded or blunted side edges and three corresponding pouring apexes at the triangular mouth thereof, sealed by a removable triangular lid with a V-shaped orifice, to provide improved pouring and liquid flow characteristics. The triangular configuration of the container enables it to be tightly nested with other identical containers and also presents more planar and discrete outer surface areas for disposing advertising material thereon. The container comprises an inner and outer shell affixed together at open ends thereof.
A portable drinking container is provided. The drinking container comprises a drinking vessel, a separate skirt around the drinking vessel and a foam material located in a second cavity between the skirt and the drinking vessel. The drinking vessel has a sidewall defining a drinking cavity with an opening at a proximal end of the drinking vessel. The skirt is provided around a distal end portion of the drinking vessel. Generally, the drinking vessel is made of a first material and the skirt is made of a second material distinct from the first material, and in one embodiment the drinking vessel is made of a ceramic material and the skirt is made of stainless steel. Additionally, a removable fastener may be provided to connect the skirt to the drinking vessel.
