The present invention provides an air-conditioning air filter capable of cleaning and replacing only a filter element thereof for resources saving, refuse reduction, and cost reduction, and also preventing air leakage due to expanded deformation of a main box. The air-conditioning air filter has a plurality of filter bodies stored zigzag and removably in a main box, slide grooves formed in the upper and lower end surfaces of the filter frame, right and left side guard rails, which cover both sides of the upper and lower surfaces of the filter frame, installed projectedly on the inner surfaces of a top plate and bottom plate of the main box, guide rails, which are fitted slidably in the sliding channels, installed projectedly between the right and left side guard rails, engaging projections installed projectedly on the inner side of the right and left side guard rails, and engaging channels, which are engaged slidably with the engaging projections, provided in both side surfaces of the filter frame at the upper and lower end parts.
A fan blade includes a shaft base and plural wind guiders formed integral with the shaft base. The wind guiders are fixed spaced apart equidistantly on the peripheral edge of the shaft base. Each wind guider is formed integral with one or more than one netted portions, and each netted portion is fixed with non-woven cloth having sticky material fixed thereon. The sticky surface of the non-woven cloth is applied with activated carbon, or fragrant material able to give out fragrance or material able to remove bad smell in air. The fan blade has functions of filtering dust in air and giving out fragrance.
An adsorption filter includes at least one thin plate honeycomb filtering medium carrying a gas-adsorbing medium thereon and a filter case housing the honeycomb filtering medium therein. The thin plate honeycomb filtering medium is disposed in the filter case in such a manner as to make a series of V configurations with respect to a ventilation direction.
A method of preventing air bypass in a filter bank and a filter assembly in accordance with the teachings of the method. Filter panels are inserted through an access opening of a filter bank. As the filter panels are inserted they are connected in side by side relation with "I" shaped connectors. The sides of adjoining filter panels are inserted into opposed channels of the "I" shaped connectors. The positioning of the "I" shaped connector prevents air bypass between the sides of adjacent filter panels.
An air filter assembly comprises a plastic frame containing an air permeable filter media. The media is corrugated to provide a series of pleats. Some of the pleats can be folded more compactly than others, so that the media can fit in various size frames. This can reduce the inventory of filter manufacturers and dealers. The filter frame can be plastic injection molded with integral living hinges to enable the frame to fold from a relatively flat shape to a more box-like structure. The frame includes one or more flip-up saw tooth racks that help define a main series of chambers plus a storage chamber. The main series of chambers supports a portion of the media that is more loosely folded for filtering air. The storage chamber is adjacent the main air stream and holds the more compactly folded, excess pleats.
An air treatment assembly for treating air passing through an air duct comprises a frame defining an interior space and having an inlet opening providing access to the interior space, an air treatment medium sized to be inserted into the interior space through the inlet opening, and a keyed connection between the frame and the air treatment medium to control the engagement of the air treatment medium with the frame. The air treatment assembly also comprises a frame defining an interior space, an air treatment medium sized to be received within the interior space, and an air quality module integrated with the frame.
