A stepping exerciser includes a base having a transverse rod on which is mounted a U-shaped member, a pair of dampers each having an end pivotally connected with the U-shaped member, a primary rocking arm fixedly connected to an inverted U-shaped seat having a through hole in which is fitted a sleeve, the inverted U-shaped seat being pivotally connected with the U-shaped member by a bolt extending through the U-shaped member, sleeves, and the inverted U-shaped member to engage with a nut, an upper end of the primary rocking arm having a tubular portion, a secondary rocking arm having a rectangular slot close to a lower end which is connected with the inverted U-shaped seat, and a pair of pedals each having a bracket pivotally connected with a respective one of the dampers.
A stair climbing exerciser includes a frame with two links pivotably connected between two lugs on two rails of the frame and two cylinders are respectively connected to the two links and the frame. Each frame is connected to a pedal. An adjusting member is rotatably connected to two bolts extending from the two links so that the two links are pulled toward each other or pushed away from each other by rotating the adjusting member. By this way, the height of the two links and the pedals can be adjusted simultaneously.
A stepping exerciser includes a base having a frame, a lever having a middle portion pivotally secured to the frame and having two ends, and two foot pedals rotatably attached to the ends of the lever to rotatably support users. The stepping exerciser includes a simplified and compact structure that is excellent for storing and transportation purposes, and includes rotatable foot pedals for comfortably supporting users.
A stepping exerciser includes a bracket, a rack, a pair of pedal holders rotatably mounted to an upper portion of the bracket, a pair of pedal holders rotatably mounted to an upper portion of the bracket, a pair of pedals, a beam pivoting the bracket to an upper portion of the rack, a pair of connecting levers respectively rotatably connected between the pedals and the rack, a pair of wheels and a pair of flexible pulling members. The wheels are rotatably installed on the rack. Each flexible pulling member is pivoted at one end thereof to the beam and at the other end thereof to a lower portion of the pedal holders. The flexible pulling members installed between the beam and the pedal holders enhance movement resistance to the pedals, for efficiently exercising multiple parts of a user.
A stepping exerciser includes a spindle rotatably supported on a base, a pair of foot pedals rotatably supported on the base and arranged to be moved up and down stepped upon by a user, a coupling device for coupling the foot pedals to the spindle, to drive and to rotate the spindle, a pair of handles rotatably supported on the base, and arranged to be rotated by the user, and a connecting device for connecting the handles to the spindle, to selectively drive and rotate the spindle. The spindle may thus be continuously driven by the foot pedals and the handles alternatively. One or more spring members or a wheel may apply a resistive force against the spindle.
The exercise device of the present invention has a base having two side members and front member that extends between the side members. At least one truss member extends from the base. A rotatable shaft is positioned on the truss member and a flywheel is mounted on the shaft. A rotatable drive shaft is mounted on the truss member and a first one-way clutch and a second one-way clutch are mounted on the drive shaft. A means is provided for operatively connecting the drive shaft to the rotatable shaft whereby rotation of the drive shaft causes the rotatable shaft to rotate. A pair of arms have a first end that is pivotally mounted on the base and a second end that extends from the base. A foot pad is positioned on the second end of each of the arms. The foot pads are disposed to move in an arcuate path towards and away from the side members of the base and the movement of the foot pads is in a direction that is substantially parallel to the front member of the base. A lever is operatively connected to each arm whereby movement of the arms causes a movement of the levers. A means is provided for operatively connecting one of the levers to the first one-way clutch and the other lever to the second one-way clutch whereby movement of the arms towards the base causes the levers to rotate the first and second one-way clutches in a direction that causes the drive shaft to rotate which in turn rotates the shaft upon which the flywheel is mounted. The flywheel provides resistance to movement of the arms and the levers. Movement of the arms away from the base rotates the levers in a direction that does not activate the first and second one-way clutches and does not cause the drive shaft to rotate.
