There is provided according to the invention a pharmaceutical aerosol formulation which comprises: (i) fluticasone propionate and (ii) a hydrofluoroalkane (HFA) propellant, characterized in that the fluticasone propionate is completely dissolved in the formulation. The invention also provided canisters containing the formulation and uses thereof.
This application is a continuation application of pending U.S. application Ser. No. 09/659,492, filed Sep. 11, 2000 (of which the entire disclosure of the pending, prior application is herein incorporated by reference) and which is now issued as U.S. Pat. No. 6,479,035.
