A road luge includes an elongated frame having a front end and a back end, a strut extending rearwardly and upwardly from the back end of the frame, a back axle supported on the strut and fixed in orientation relative to the frame, and a single back wheel rotationally mounted on the back axle along the centerline axis of elongation of the frame. The road luge has a front assembly attached to the frame at a location adjacent to the front end of the frame. The front assembly includes two rotationally mounted and steerable front wheels, with one front on either side of the frame. The road luge has a reclining body rest supported on the frame, so that a rider may recline on the body rest with the rider's torso in a substantially horizontal position, and with the rider's feet extending toward the front end of the frame, and the rider's head angled upwardly so as to permit vision toward the front end of the frame.
A flexible training wheel assembly fitted on each side of the rear wheel (10) of a bicycle, each training wheel assembly comprising: an upper bracket (1) removeably attached to the bicycle axle (11), a visco-elastic connector (2) attached to the upper bracket (1), and a lower arm (3) attached to the visco-elastic connector (2) at one end and to a training wheel (6) at the other end.
A vehicle including a frame; a rider support platform supported by the frame; a pair of first wheel units pivotably supported by the frame; a pair of second wheel units supported by the frame; first and second handlebars pivotably supported by the frame; a first linkage connecting the first handlebar to one of the first wheel units so that pivotable movement of the first handlebar causes wheel of the one of the first wheel units to turn relatively to the frame; a second linkage connecting the second handlebar to the other of the first wheel units so that pivotable movement of the second handlebar causes wheel of the other of the first wheel units to turn relatively to the frame; and a movement coordinator which connects the first and second linkages to each other so that pivotable movement of one or both of the first and second handlebars in one direction causes the wheels of both first wheel units to turn in the same direction.
An occupant propelled device having at least one hydraulic cylinder, a platform and a housing. The at least one hydraulic cylinder has at least two chambers in fluid communication. The platform is attachable to the at least one hydraulic cylinder, such that upon movement of the platform a hydraulic fluid is displaced from one chamber to the other chamber. The housing is attachable to the platform at a pivot point and has at least one axle adapted to receive at least one wheel.
A truck assembly for a skateboard having an inner ring adapted to be attachable to a skateboard deck, and an outer ring adapted to be attachable to an axle extending from the outer ring, wherein the axle is configured to receive at least one wheel. The inner ring and the outer ring rotate relative to one another upon a change in an orientation of the skateboard deck.
