A ratchet wrench and lighting circuit arrangement includes a ratchet wrench, the ratchet wrench having a hollow ratchet driving member mounted in a box at one end thereof, a holder shell fitted into the ratchet driving member and detachably secured thereto by a screw joint, and a lighting circuit assembly installed in the holder shell and controlled to emit light through a lens at a bottom side of the ratchet driving member.
An illuminative universal joint includes a first element, a second element, a third element connected between the first element and the second element, an illuminative device, a switch and a head. The first element is for engagement with a handle. The second element defines a space. The third element includes an end pivotally connected with the first element and an opposite end pivotally connected with the second element. The illuminative device is installed in the space for emitting light. The switch is mounted on the second element for turning on and off the illuminative device. The head includes a first insert fit in the space, a second insert for insertion into a tool bit and a hole defined therein for passing light.
An extension bar with built-in light includes an elongate body having an open first end and an engaging recess in a second end of the elongate body. A switch member with a first conductive member extends through a transverse hole of the elongate body. A carrier is received in the engaging recess and a second conductive member is connected to the carrier. A power supply unit and a light bulb are received in the passage. The first end of the second conductive member is moved to contact the power supply unit to activate the light bulb when a conductive hand tool is inserted into the engaging recess. The light bulb is also activated when rotating the switch member to contact directly the first conductive member, the second conductive member and the power supply unit.
A ratchet wrench includes a wrench body, a ratchet wheel, a direction control mechanism, a drive member, a ball, and a quick release mechanism. The quick release mechanism includes a bolt, a movable rod, a press knob, and an elastic member. Thus, the socket is mounted on and detached from the driving head of the drive member easily and rapidly, thereby facilitating a user mounting the socket on the driving head of the drive member and detaching the socket from the driving head of the drive member.
A multi-functional tool comprising an extendable power tool handle unit with an interchangeable connect feature able to receive and power various size interchangeable, adaptable adjustable wrench head units and other adaptable tool attachments. The interchangeable wrench head units are easily connected and disconnected to the power tool handle unit. Each interchangeable adjustable wrench head unit has a self-contained transmission connectible to and powered by the adaptive power handle unit. The interchangeable wrench head units comprise of a moveable jaw, a stationary jaw, and a worm gear. The worm gear is meshed with a rack of the moveable jaw and the worm gear is driven by a motor and transmission. Activation of the motor produces linear reciprocating motion of the adjustable jaw. A power source from the handle provides the power to a control switch. The switch controls the function of the adjustable wrench heads and other powered tool attachments.
