The invention relates to a liquid dispenser of the type comprising a reservoir (R.sub.1, R.sub.2) provided at its top with an outflow orifice (V) which is closed off by an inlet valve (a) and which opens out into a metering chamber (10) of variable volume, which chamber communicates, via an outlet valve (e), with a discharge duct (c) provided in a dispensing head (T), the dispenser being characterized in that the metering chamber (10) is defined by a wall of a bellows (1) that is elastically deformable, at least in part.
A pump for delivery of gas-liquid mixtures adapted to be connected to a container for a liquid comprising: suction means adapted to be reciprocated between a first rest position and a second position so as to collect the liquid from the container; a mixing chamber in communication with the suction means so that when the suction means are moved from a first position to a second position, the liquid is collected from the container and conveyed into a mixing chamber; elastic means adapted to displace the suction means back in the first position after that the suction means are moved from a first position to a second position. The elastic means define a variable volume gas chamber in communication with the mixing chamber so that, when the suction means are moved from a first position to a second position, the gas is conveyed into the mixing chamber and a gas-liquid mixture is formed in the mixing chamber.
A method and apparatus for dispensing solution on toilet paper includes a container. A pump assembly is adapted for selectively pumping a fluid outwardly out of the container. An actuator panel is attached to a top side of the pump assembly. A fluid receiving housing includes a lower wall, an upper wall and a resiliently collapsible perimeter wall. The upper wall has a plurality of holes extending therethrough. The actuator panel is positioned within the housing and the pump extends downwardly through the bottom wall. The upper wall may be selectively positioned toward the lower wall to actuate the pump such that fluid may be drawn outwardly of the container and into the housing. A coupler attaches the housing to the container. Toilet paper may be positioned on an outer surface of the upper wall such that fluid expelled through the holes is positioned on the toilet paper.
A liquid discharge pump possesses a resinous bellows material 6, a resinous inflow valve mechanism 4, a resinous outflow valve mechanism 5, a first pressing portion 11 which moves a valve portion in the outflow valve mechanism 5 to open the inflow valve mechanism when a nozzle head 2 is pressed, and a second pressing portion 12 which presses the bellows material 6 from a stretched position to a folded-up position when the nozzle head 2 is pressed.
