The present invention relates to obtain novel FT-0554A substance useful for infectious disease of parasite, especially helminth and more particularly relates to the novel FT-0554A substance represented by the following formula [I] ##STR1## or the tautomer thereof represented by the formula [II] ##STR2## obtained by treating FT-0554 substance represented by the formula [II] ##STR3## under alkaline condition.
