A bicycle includes a bicycle frame, a wheel set, a treading unit, a handlebar unit, and a seat unit. The bicycle frame has front and rear ends. The wheel set includes front and rear wheels disposed respectively on the front and rear ends of the bicycle frame. The treading unit is mounted on the bicycle frame for transmitting treading power to the wheel set. The handlebar unit is mounted on the bicycle frame and is coupled to the front wheel to permit steering of the front wheel. The handlebar unit is pivotable toward and away from the rear end of the bicycle frame. The seat unit is mounted adjustably on the bicycle frame to permit height adjustment thereof relative to the handlebar unit.
An adjustable handlebar mounting device includes a frame mounting member, a front pivot member, a rear pivot member, and a releasable fastening unit. The frame mounting member is formed with front and rear lug units. The front pivot member has a front lower section connected pivotally to the front lug unit, a front upper section to be connected to a handlebar, and an intermediate coupling part. The rear pivot member has a rear lower section connected pivotally to the rear lug unit, and a rear upper section. The coupling part and the rear upper section are respectively formed with a slot unit and a hole unit for extension of the fastening unit therethrough. The fastening unit is operable so as to press the coupling part and the rear upper section firmly against each other for supporting the handlebar.
An adjustable handle assembly for a personal mobility vehicle includes a mounting bracket, an adjusting device including a primary and secondary pivot post pivotally on the mounting bracket and a mechanical lock interconnecting the two pivot posts. The mechanical lock includes a stationary bracket mounted on the primary pivot post, a bushing bracket pivotally mounted in the stationary bracket, a connecting tube, locking wedges and a sliding block. The connecting tube is attached to the bushing bracket, is hollow for slidably receiving the secondary pivot post and has multiple wedge holes that respectively movably hold locking wedges. The sliding block is slidably mounted on the connecting tube and has a bottom annular bevel that presses the locking wedges to clamp the secondary pivot post in place when the sliding block is forced to a locked position.
A vehicle frame assembly includes a forked first frame member coupled to a second frame member via a coupling device. The coupling device includes first and second tab units, and a fastening unit. The first tab unit is mounted on the first frame member, and includes a pair of first tabs, each formed with a first coupling hole and an angle-adjusting hole unit. The second tab unit is mounted on the second frame member, and includes a pair of second tabs, each formed with a second coupling hole and an engaging hole unit to be registered with the first coupling holes and the angle-adjusting hole units, respectively. The fastening unit includes a first fastener extended removably through the first and second coupling holes, and a second fastener extended removably through the angle-adjusting hole units and the engaging hole units.
