A compound represented by the formula: ##STR00001## wherein A is thiazolyl or the like, X is a bond or the like, m is an integer of 0 to 4, Y is optionally substituted alkyl or the like, Z is a substituent represented by the formula: ##STR00002## wherein R.sup.3 is hydrogen atom or the like, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 are each independently hydrogen atom or the like, W is --(CH.sub.2).sub.n-- (n is 0, 1, 2 or 3) or the like, a prodrug thereof, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or its solvate is useful as a composition for prevention or treatment of Parkinson's disease.
