The mobile communication terminal having the hands-free speech state provides a controlling section that controls each section in the mobile communication terminal having the hands-free speech state, a memory that stores data and a computer program, an operating section that a user executes a key input, a displaying section on which information is displayed, a speaker that outputs sound, and a microphone to which the user inputs his/her voice. And in case that the one of the functions except the speech function is used during the speech state, the speech state is automatically switched over to the hands-free speech state, by the operation of the controlling section, and the one of the functions is executed with the speech function simultaneously.
